Recommended for travellers who are on a tight budget but still wanted to have a comfortable stay. It’s significantly so much cheaper to book the hotel via this app compared to walk-in.
Room: Considerably clean, but since it’s an old hotel, it had a bit of a musty smell (not that strong, still tolerable). Very spacious! However, the room was quite dark even after switching on the light.
Toilet: Quite small. Well functioning hot shower.
Amenities: Iron, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, kettle, and toiletries are provided
Location: Very strategic! Walking distance to the Masjid Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien, near to eateries and groceries store.
Service: Okay, nothing significant 😂

2nd time at this hotel. Location is very good. Rom is ok and shower has hot water and good pressure. Coffee shops, supermarket, a small mall 5 mins walk away. Hotel breakfast is simple but enough to start rhe day.

The hotel’s location is good. It’s near a supermarket, mall, restaurants, and the city. It’s also very affordable. An absolute value for money hotel. It has free airport transfer, breakfast buffet, swimming pool, and restaurant. The staff are also very approachable and kind. My family and I loved our stay here.

We had a good time, the airport pickup & drop off were really useful when your flight arrives at 11 pm.
Standard rooms are large with separate area for tea & coffee.
Bottled water is also provided, but the ta water is fine for tea or coffee.
The swimming pool is good - the cafe downstairs does really nice, reasonably priced food
Of you have a late flight, eat at the hotel cafe. It's better & cheaper than the airport
If we are back in Brunei we will stay here again

The hotel provides free shuttle pick up to and from the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. The breakfast was standard, nothing special but it is still okay for breakfast. The staffs are nice to us, polite and friendly, however the driver who pick us up makes us pray more, we felt like we were inside Fast and Furious movie. The room is big and clean.. And they need to add more light, kinda bit dark.. however, it’s a best choice if you have a transit in Brunei.
