The Service was exceptional; especially L. Thanwon was very friendly and helpful! He hiked the Trail to Worlds End with us, we had a wonderful time and saw Lots of wildlife and nature. Thank you! The hotel is perfect for a short Stay, the rooms are very big and clean.

very courteous and nice staff and cooks (especially Siva) nice location and very nice and clean rooms and a beautiful garten with view of the city . the food at breakfast und dinner is very tasty and has a large selection. I would recommend everyone to visite this hotel

The hotel is in a great location in Bandarawela. All the employees are super nice, everything is very clean and the food is great. Yesterday we had a great day with Pule in Horton Plains. he showed and explained so much to us. We enjoyed the day with him so much. Kind regards Kerstin and Andreas

Great Hotel in Badarewela ! There is a wonderful bar downstairs - my highlight was the bar tender Roshan who created two absolutely magic cocktails for us. Hit the Negroni out of the Park. Didn’t expect that sort of sophistication. Well done, Roshan !

Staff was amazing. Karaoke in Sri Lanka was well received by the kids. Very attentive staff in the bar and especially the restaurant. The food choices were plentyful. The kids enjoyed the milkshakes. Foot print of hotel is very spacious and close (short walk) to the central business district of town.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good atmosphere in the communal areas, including the karaoke bar. Maps the chef made tasty omelettes at breakfast. The best coffee we’ve had in all the hotels we have stayed at so far (filter rather than instant). Rooms would benefit from updating but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Laundry was expensive (per item) but fast service. Overall we enjoyed it.

Very kind employees. Chef made us fresh calamaris even after closing of the buffet. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty, we really enjoyed it. The room was nice, clean and had a cosy bed. We had a lovely conversation with the owner, he was very kind as well.

Great Service Experience at the Bar and Buffet, really enjoyed it. Rooms are great, bath is in a bit of a let down in some rooms, could be more modern, overall not in a bad condition. Staff members helpful and polite, can not complain. Overall one of the better hotels in Sri Lanka

The hotel is situated in Bandarawela. At first site the city seems beaming, but there isn’t really anything to do. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, staff is very polite and friendly and the food is nice. There is however not much to do in or around the hotel during the day. No pool and the garden is closed. The bar is a fun place to be in the evening. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but it would not recommend going to Bandarawela or the hotel for more than 1 night.
