I had a wonderful stay at the Shooting Star Motel in Bandon-by-the-Sea. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it came with a microwave and mini fridge. I especially enjoyed the relaxing bath after a long day. The owner, Shahab, and his staff are delightful and very accommodating. My kitten and I loved watching the local wildlife — seagulls and deer right nearby! This motel is very pet-friendly for both cats and dogs. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bandon or locals looking for a cozy mini-vacation.

They put us in a room that had animal poop stains on carpet and blood stain on bedspread. Don't go barefoot or your feet will stick to carpet. It was just the stinky place to try and sleep. They should have given us half of our money back. $155.00 it cost us!!!.

Extremely dated, super kooky, and totally awesome! If you are a whiny little you know what, then this place is probably not for you. But if you are down for a little adventure and want to save a few bucks, then this place is well worth it. The owner is nice and helpful, though a little quirky. He feeds the local wildlife in the adjacent yard, resulting in the nighttime arrival of deer, skunks, racoons, and god knows what else. We loved it! The room we stayed in looks like something from the Brady Bunch, but is huge, comfortable, and clean. Great place and would stay here again!

This is a wonderful, inexpensive Motel in Bandon,and a great discovery. Super comfortable with all amenities we could want, good Host. we visited the nearby beaches, took hot showers, ate at the Wharf(yummy Clam Chowder). This was all at a better price than at the fancier Hotels in the area. Definitely will stop there again.

Called to confirm check in hours, the night before our stay, only to be told that they were closed and all staff had been laid off! We received NO NOTIFICATION!!! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful!
