Bandos Maldives recensioner

The island is beatiful and the resort is pretty much everything you should want. Rooms were spacious, and well equipped. The service and the staff is very good and friendly too. The only thing maybe worth mentioning is that there only one restaurant where you can eat when you do all inclusive/full board (Sea Breeze) which can get quite hot as it’s not a closed area, meaning no aircon. The remaining 3 restaurants are not included and are charged separately.

I had comfortable days in Bandos. This was first time in Maldives for me. Beach is the most beautiful I have been. Also every staffs is friendly and kindness. You should stay there!

Nice island. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. All inclusive option was a great choice.

great resort 10 min sail from the airport with the hotel boat(additiinal payment) great room big ,comfortable,fresh food . we snorkel right next to our room and saw sharks and sea turtel ,amazing!!

A nice stay at Bandos but not quite as luxurious as I perhaps thought. Difficulties with money exchanging and general help with financial matters did hinder our stay, but overall the staff were excellent.

Perfect stay in paradise! Kudos to Shafeeq for the great housekeeping, twice a day! We were lucky to join Bandos 52nd Anniversary Celebrations and met so many friendly staff members and returning guests. Reef was great for snorkelling. We will be back.

Location is perfect. 15 minutes speedboat means get to the bed soon after long exhausting flights. Bandos is not luxurious while well worthy for people like me who needs a short getaway, escapes from a fixed 24/7 place and looks for even a little difference. It is adequate for snorkeling lovers who want to see colorful fishes, nursing sharks, eaglerays, and turtles

Location and service was great. The room was very clean and well appointed. The food was ok but lacked variety and could be better.

Service was excellent - shout out to Afiffa in the main restaurant that did everything short of handstands to make sure I was well taken care of. If its your first Maldives trip - most resorts occupy the entire island. This means that you do not need to carry any currency or form of payment as you just bill your room for everything. It also means that you only eat and shop at the resort. To shop or eat of the resort you need to take the water taxi back to Male'. Therefore you need to factor at least half board into your trip costs or expect an average meal to run $50 per head. The diving was world class and the dive shop was very well equipped with a comfortable and easy to use dive boat. Beautiful pool area if you can drag yourself away from the beach that looks like the ones on the 'Paradise Calendars'. I will go again!
