1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gesture—highly recommended!

we booked 2 room and the staff was amazing, they always make sure we get what we needed. but unfortunately some of kids activities and playground under renovation and just available on weekends.

Perfect place to stay. There a little bit fireflies inside my room when I arrived, but the cleaning staff is there to fix it up. Calm and quiet location, but not really close to the city center.
