Suka bgt dg hotel ini karena hotelnya tenang, tempatnya hening, bersih pula

Air panasnya ngak stabil. Jadi waktu mandi bisa kepanasan dan kedinginan

Amazing... Pemandangan nya mantaappp... Kamar nya jg ok.. Kebersihan ok.. Pelayanan ok.. Bisa balik nginep lg dah..

lokasi tempat nyaman tetapi untuk fasilitas menurut saya biasa.. saya ambil family suit harga 2jutaan yg sy lihat diiklan ada tenda anak dan kids breakfast yg lucu untuk foto..tetapi sampai sana twrnyata harus additional lg 300rb/pax.. harga yg cukup tinggi ya dengan fasilitas yg biasa.. toiletries standar bgt.. pdhal harga ga kalah dengan hotel bintang 4.. untuk breakfast lumayan bervariasi dan untuk pengantaran ke kamar jg tanpa additional charge.. pool air hangat tetapi mulai sore sudah ga terlalu hangat..tapi lumayan lah.. minizoo semoga bisa lebih dilengkapi dan playground jg bisa diupgrade..untuk bisa ada kegiatan tambahan untuk anak2 tanpa perlu keluar2 dr hotel.. tp kalau pemandangannya memang bagus sekali

We were treated to a very nice view enveloped in the cool atmosphere of the mountains on the slopes of Mount Ungaran. The children's play area is very nice, as is the indoor swimming pool. The food served in the restaurant is also appetizing..

I booked this property since it's the most expensive hotel in Ungaran area. Thought it's going to have the best room/ property. Yet it was not. I even booked a Deluxe room (1 higher category from lowest) The room given was on different building (seems to be old and rust). Once we enter the room, there's a very strong mold smell. I immediately ask to change room. The staff urgently come and give me another room, a bit better but very similar room. Better on the smell so I accepted it. BUT when I turn on the AC, within 1 minute later, the AC blade was swung to me... lucky it didn't hit me. I ask for another room again. It is not acceptable for me. And I can see the property seems to be not so full They finally upgrade me to (so called) suite room. But it's a standard room with super small bathroom. The maintenance seems not so good in the property. The bed in suite room is decent. The wifi is poor. No working desk so I work at the dressing table. TV is only 32 inch. They gave me complimentary dinner for my complaint. I really appreciate it but it seems they have this standard for complainers. I like their services and how the handle complaints for not becoming too big. Both dinner and breakfast was great. The food was delicious. And the staff are friendly and good mannered. If you need to stay here, better book the (so called) suite room rather than being disappointed though.
