Tunnel Mountain Resort recensioner

Its far from the event we held but overall its a good place to stay. And they upgrade my room. So happy.

Travelled in a group of 3 adults and 3 kids - good design of the room allowing 6 people to stay in a room with 2 bathrooms (with one having bathing facilities) and full kitchen. It seems to be the only hotel/ resort with such design in the area. That said, the cleanliness/ hyenine needs to be improved. I wiped the floor and the paper turned black instantly, and the staff didn't throw the garbage on the loft (they only did that for the ground floor) nor make our bed from the second day onwards.

Although a bit too far from town centre, the ledge provides free bus tickets to shuttle between the lodge and town centre. Staffs were very helpful.

The room is big and comfortable with big kitchen. Convenient location with bus stop in front of the hotel. Free 3 bus pass that I can hop-on and off to go around the town.

The environment of the hotel is very good, it has a great landscapes surrounded!

The location of the property was excellent, making it convenient to reach downtown by Roam bus. staff will give you a ticket during your stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Had all the amenities you needed both shower room and kitchen. Price for this stay is reasonable. So I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when we get back to Banff.

Very good hotel with a excellent service!! Clean, spacious room with a good kitchen where you can prepare your meals. I recommend the Tunnel Mountain Resort.

i really enjoy my stay at Tunnel mountain Resort. The resort is so convinient with the bus stop just in front of the resort and the car parking just in front of our room. The room size is quiet big. and Thanks to Ricah (receptionist) She is so nice and helpful with all of my questions. she explain it so detail and patient. she is very kind :)
