Hotel is situated behind Suvarnabhumi Airport runway; I guess that’s why it’s called an airport hotel. But to get there requires you to get a taxi that takes about 15-20mins to reach. However, traffic was smooth, and is much better than traveling to the city. There is no airport shuttle provided by the hotel from airport to the hotel, which is not helpful at all. There is however an airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport but it runs only for a limited period, I think from 7am to 6pm; which is also not helpful if your next flight out of Bangkok is outside of those times. We had originally wanted to book a “real” airport hotel that is situated within the airport terminal itself and thought we got the right property. Turns out there is another Miracle hotel which is named Miracle Transit Hotel. Please do not make the same mistake as we did because this hotel is named Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel (misleading name) and is located outside of Suvarnabhumi Airport and requires a public taxi to get to/from the hotel. It was inconvenient for us as we had to catch a flight at 5:20am the following morning which meant we had to be at the airport by 3:20am. However, getting a taxi at Suvarnabhumi was a breeze and not an issue and cost was around THB260 with 3 large suitcases (they have a minimal surcharge for large suitcases); so that helped in a way to take away the anxiety upon arriving at the airport and finding out that the hotel is not located within the airport premises. To the hotel’s credit, getting a taxi to return to the airport the following morning was also not an issue as you can prebook one with the receptionist when checking in. There are no nearby eateries, but the hotel’s restaurant serves decent food.
