Only 4 bottles of water and charge for extra. I can understand if from a 3 star hotel but it's not. The rest are ok.

Very nice facility rooms were amazing large spacious with all amenities. Location is away from town but close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport so a grate place to stay during a layover or pre or post flights. Golf facilities available on the golf course for those inclined. Will definitely stay again

My third time staying at this hotel. Good location, close to the airport. Room is spacious. However, this stay is not so good, there’s no hot water for bath or shower. Called the operator twice and no one came to the room for checking. Before checking out, I finally went to the other room and told a cleaner to my room. I told her the problem. I also went to the front desk and reflected that!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was out of the hotel for the entire day. I told her that the room needs repair with hot water before allocating to the next customer. She also said sorry. Overall, poor service and the amenities needs upgrading. Hot water is basic requirement for any hotel. Other than that, all is as expected.

By far a very good hotel with reasonable prices and promotion, wish we get an upper floor room to have a golf course view but it's fine.

As usual, good location, near airport, near amenities. Good neighborhood for jogging and cycling.

Abysmal place. I had a collapsed lung so wasn't able to travel, told them in good time, provided evidence but was refused a refund, to change date or even modify guest details. What PoS organisation would do this. No compassion, no consideration for their guests. Friend stayed before and found it overpriced for what it was. Golf was crowded, facilities jaded, they were complacent as they are always busy due to their proximity to the airport. I will look at other, better providers rather than use this lot such as Siam, Thana, green valley or Lakewood. I won't be giving my money to this lot in the future. Avoid.

Very nice hotel, big en-suite with fridge and washing machine. Balcony oversee the 18th hole green and super easy access to the golf course.

The facilities are outdated. The interior is dirty, the bath is leaking, the toilet is extremely dirty, the air conditioner is not cool, and the balcony is full of mud and water. The original ecological war damage version of the hotel!!

Nice Hotel with a golf course, with night golf and shuttle bus to airport. Next to Le Meridian with great restaurants.

Great hotel by the golf course with lovely view from the room. The room is very spacious.

I wish I could say more about this hotel but unfortunately never got the chance to stay there because my flight was canceled and had to take another flight resulting in not being able to stay at the hotel. I contacted Trip.com about what was happening and sent all the proof that was needed to show I could not make my booking and asked for a refund. However, the hotel said they would not refund the money. I know there was a no-cancellation booking policy but if a hotel wants to show great customer service they should have returned the money since there was no possible way for me to make my reservation and I had proof. I hope next time businesses like this will remember that customers come first and show some compassion when travelers legitimately can't make their booking.

We stay in a two bedroom suite, specious and clean.

Best place for gold and very near to the airport. The staff service was excellent and the day I check in didn’t have a king bed and they immediately offer an upgrade.
