Westgate Residence Hotel recensioner

We decided to checked out right away after we’ve got a room. We felt uncomfortable since we found the group of people siting down and drink in front of their room in the same floor with us. We paid 1200 a night which the room is not worth at that price because is looks old.

The room and hotel is a bit old and run down. However, the breakfast is delicious.

Beware-they take your money for “card deposit” and they NEVER RETURN it 😓 we booked 2 rooms-and didn’t get anything back. Scammers. Location-not a good neighborhood-nothing to do-you’ll waster more money on taxi if you stay here

Shower water pressure is low. Facility is old. Not for vacation.

Somewhat dated hotel but the staff were super courteous and extremely helpful, we also ate lunch in the restaurant which we really enjoyed. The rooms are in need of a makeover but overall it’s decent layover.

Very nice boutique hotel, good for photography, service staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Only setback is room service meal stop at 17:45
