Can I give a negative star rating? This hotel begs for a negative start rating. Worst possible experience in all my years of travel. 1. We were told the hotel has complimentary free breakfast, but there was nothing. After a prolonged argument with the front desk, we were given 4 sad, cold and unappetizing dosas for breakfast. Definitely NOT a 'Complimentary Buffet Breakfast'. 2. Day 2 of our stay there, the phone in my room rang at 1:00 AM, and I thought there was a fire or some other natural calamity. Turns out, it was just the front desk calling to ask if we wanted dosa for breakfast again! 3. There was no hot water in the rooms, although 'Geyser' is widely advertised on the websites. I called to complain every day, and someone came to my room every morning, to assure us that the geyser would start working ‘Soon’. I guess 3 days was not soon enough. 4. The TV was for ornamental purposes only. It didn’t have even the normal free channels that every TV has. We were assured everyday that the cable was currently not working, but would be fixed ‘soon’. Again, I didn’t see the ‘soon’ at all. 5. The website advertised a 'Kitchen'. I want to know what the person was smoking when he wrote up the description of the room. 6. Saving the best for last – RATS! There are rats roaming the hallways, eating out of plates kept outside the rooms (that the housekeeping doesn’t clear for over 24 hours), running in and out of rooms, and treating the hotel like their very own natural habitat. Actually, the hotel is fit only for rats, not humans. PS - The photo on this page is a fake. The hotel actually looks like an outhose, not even close to a palace!
