It was great experience residing at olive. room was clean. And security was good too. Washroom was also

very good support staff, very cooperative staff name - himanshu singh very cooperative and helpfull

Rooms are decent but not great. Services are very disappointing. There is no kitchen, and the staff outrightly rejects any request you try to make. I had to call the reception multiple times to ask for even basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, water bottles, room cleaning, etc... and the response and actions were always delayed. Below average breakfast was served with very limited options. They don't even serve tea or coffee apart from breakfast as well as they don't allow zomato/swiggy to deliver at your doorsteps. You need to come downstairs everytime you need to collect anything. Kanchan Cafe (adjacent to this proprty) serves very good tea and snacks The only advantage of this property is its location. They are located right opposite to The Leela and in the heart of Indira Nagar. Book only if you don't have any better options in Indira Nagar.

I couldn't stay in the hotel. My plan got changed on that day i. E. On 11th after free cancellation time. I have requested makemytrip rep to cancel and asked for any refund if possible. But i have paid full amount. Request to refund the amount if possible

Great location. Quiet. Friendly staff. Spacious, clean room. Having plates, forks and spoons in the room was great, as could get takeaway from my favourite food place across the road. The road was busy enough to feel safe walking back to the hotel after dark. I liked this hotel so much, I’ve already booked for my bext visit.

It was a nice experience staying at olive. I really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Really loved it will recommend to others
