Ashraya International Hotel

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Ashray International Hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Manjunath at the reception, displayed very poor behavior and lacked basic hospitality skills. It is unacceptable for a 3-star property to treat its guests in such a disrespectful manner. This experience has left a negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service and professionalism. This is a good hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. We where upgraded from our booked room. The hotel is convenient to the central area. Room was spacious and was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great.

This is my place to stay whenever i visit bangalore and it’s a very nice hotel and the hospitality all around is too excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and had a pleasant experience always. But this time i was a bit disappointed as we got an old room compared to excellent rooms inside the hotel. Most of the rooms were equipped with smart card always, but this time they gave us a room with key which was hard to unlock & lock and also the room ac was not cooling properly. We consulted the room service and receptionists several times and they tried helping us. The room service person tried resetting the ac but it was still not properly cooling. We were literally struggling without proper ac, as we paid for the ac room and we had to sleep with just fan for 3 days. Still, i will always recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting bangalore because, the hotel is at the center of the town and it’s very easy to commute to most of the places. The whole hospitality from the staffs and the room service were top notch and i will stay at this hotel next time too but please do mind these complaint next time.

The overall service and hygiene was good. I had taken an early check in but still had to wait for 45 mins to get my room. Inspite of the clearly mentioning the early check in/ late check out charges were 500, the management was adamant about charging 2000 for any late check out. Not impressed by the attitude of anyone in reception. Impressed by the location, cleanliness and room service.
