Room is good but power on an off an its happen several time buffet is not that standard for a Marriot hotel standard Location is ok as it next to shopping an IT companies Have at least 1 hour to travel to airport

Bell boy was biased to provide better service to Caucasian customers and not attentive. Despite great efforts from the staff, TV in room remains unusable for two days. Though the house keeping team are hard-working, the hotel is worn down and need to be refurbished.

I don’t had the best experience in this Marriott brand hotel, once I got into the room I felt instante the smell of the mold,maybe because of the AC. Then I found a cockroach in the bathroom! It’s was only for one night but I definitely will not stay there again!

2인 조식 포함 4박을 예약하였으나 조식 불포함 이라고 안내를 받아 수차례 예약증을 보여주며 이야기하였으나 여행사로 직법 이야기하라고 하며 예약한 여행사에서 예약정보가 조식 불포함으로 넘어왔다고 했습니다. 트립닷컴에 이야기를 하니 상담원 3명이 돌아가며 같은 이야기를 물어보고...상담원 3명 모두 환불해주겠다고 하였으나 4일이 지났는데도 환불되지 않고, 호텔에 조식을 안먹었다는 내용을 추가로 확인해야 한다고 합니다. 그러다가 갑자기 3박째에 호텔에서 조식을 포함시켜주겠다라는 메일을 받아서 메일받은 날짜와 시간 등을 지우고 제 개인메일에 이제 호텔 조식 포함되었다고 3박째 밤 11시 넘어서 전달해놨습니다. 트립닷컴의 이러한 무례함과 비상식적인 응대에 다시 항의하니까, 호텔에 전화 연락이 안된다고 하며 시간만 끌고 있습니다. 일단 호텔 로비에 있는 프론트 여직원들은 무례하였으며, 트립닷컴은 무책임 하였습니다. 트립닷컴을 통해 수년간 다양한 호텔과 항공을 예약하고 이용해왔는데 정말 실망스럽습니다. 신속한 환불 요청합니다.

During my stay at Fairfeild , I experienced a delightful blend of relaxation and Luxury. The room is very nicely arranged ***** with all the facilities and food quality is very good. The Staff is very supportive and good here. Overfall experience is nice.

Fairfield by Marriott …..it’s housed & is with in the premises of Golden Heights Mall…The hotel is not having the same reflection, tone & texture like of Marriott’s - what one expects…. The toilet/wash rooms were found congested looks outdated with no hand shower, found cistern coming out of its socket. Most of the essentials are provided on demand though room services felt were all right. In the wash room …observed no hair conditioner was kept & body wash liquids not replenished. Break fast’s dishes tabled were limited in quantity And observed varied dishes were not on display, The Puris (Luchee) were not fresh & crispy found hard to eat with most of the fried pakoras were not hot & crisp. Hotel needs lots of revamping to maintain the status of MARRIOTT. (Personal view).

My stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Bangalore was disappointing due to several issues. Upon entering the hotel, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor in the hallway. When I entered my room, the smell of some kind of perfume spray was overwhelming and intolerable. I contacted the management, and they promptly changed my room, which I appreciated. However, it was surprising how they seemed to know the next room would be better. While the new room had a comparatively milder odor, it was still noticeable enough to disturb my sleep. For anyone sensitive to sprays, perfumes, or strong odors, I cannot recommend this hotel. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the service was subpar. Despite apologizing, the management failed to follow through on fixing the TV in my room. I had to deal with a non-functional TV throughout my stay, which added to my frustration. while the staff was polite and responsive in offering apologies, the unresolved issues and lack of attention to detail left a lot to be desired. This is not a hotel I would recommend, especially for those who are sensitive to smells or expect reliable services.

Next home away from home .....nicely decorated the Place I never felt its a hotel it's a different experiance from hotel every where approachable behavior staff specially from restaurent lusong Sunita srijanaa Supriya all young group thanks a lot to biswajit for taking care of us nicly
