I have been staying here for one week and have experienced exceptional service. I felt like family from the moment I arrived and met Lokesh. I then came across Rahul, who guided me and shared insights about all the remarkable places I should explore. His recommendations were incredibly accurate! The room exceeded all my expectations. Those pillows! I slept like an angel! I spent a considerable amount of time in the Seta restaurant, indulging in the “Mixologist” drinks that are truly addictive. Pritisha graciously checked on me periodically, ensuring my meals and overall stay were wonderful. Thank you, thank you, Thank you!

I used to stay here regularly before the pandemic and got a chance to stay here again for 11 nights after so many years. Initially, it was named DoubleTree by Hilton and now it has become Hilton. Even with the name/status change, the service has remained top-notch, and the facilities in the hotel are still extraordinary. The interior and exterior of the hotel largely remain unchanged. The rooms are also the same. The check-in on 19th Aug was very smooth. I got the room and the view I had asked for. Being a Hilton Honors Silver member, I got an upgrade as I had expected. Although I was hoping for a room status upgrade as the stay was long, only the room view was upgraded from pool view to golf view. It was also comfortable and the same as it was many years back. I have to give it to the management that they have maintained the hotel nicely for so many years! They had kept some chocolates and fruits in the room for us. Even though the room was comfortable, there were a few missing points that I had highlighted to the management during my stay. - Closing the bathroom door was very tight. They did repair it once, but it was of no use. - Being a 5-star hotel, the TV reception and picture quality of the channels were standard. I was hoping to catch on some OTT shows but the TV doesn't support it. Which was a let down in my opinion. - The plug sockets in almost all the rooms do not have a strong grip. I particularly faced this with every plug point in my room to charge my phone or laptop. They should update their plug points sooner or later. The complete breakfast staff team was very helpful and greeted nicely in the morning. I'd especially like to thank Ayesha from the F&B team who looked after us every morning with breakfast and made sure we got what we needed in time. The breakfast options, I have to admit were repeated almost daily with minor changes but that's what you get when you stay in the same hotel for 11 nights I guess. The food that we ordered in the room was also very tasty. One of my favorites, their Caesar's salad was still the best option for me to have after a hectic day at work. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and cleaned the room daily without any issues. I used their gym almost every day. It is a well-equipped gym with all the latest machines and weights one could ask for. The pool area is well-lit at night and is a peaceful place to sit and relax for some time. All in all, since it is the only decent hotel in EGL which is within walking distance from the offices, I would definitely prefer it again over any other hotel in the vicinity.

Ajay, from housekeeping, did a fabulous job making sure all my needs were met. Each night as I arrived from work to my room it was clean, restocked, and was in mint condition. See the photo attached for the extra care Ajay used to make sure I felt at home. Thank you, peace!

My two-week stay at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links was a bit like a golf game—initially, I found myself in the bunker. The first few days? Let’s just say I learned the true meaning of “roughing it.” But hey, what’s life without a few bogeys, right? Thankfully, after those first four days, things took a sharp turn for the better! The room mix-up was resolved, and I was treated to hospitality that could make anyone forget the early hiccups. Special shoutout to Tanmay and Sagar, whose service was nothing short of a hole-in-one. These guys are in a hospitality league of their own! The food? Absolutely ace—whether you’re craving variety or quality, they’ve got you covered. Oh, and when I had a few days of office visits, they kindly swapped my breakfast for dinner, which was a real lifesaver for my schedule (and my stomach!). In the end, all’s well that ends well. Hilton may have started as a bogey but finished with an eagle. Would I return? You bet! This strikes a light, fun tone while sharing the ups and downs of your stay!

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and fantastic service! Special thanks to Tanu, Sandeep and the rest of the breakfast staff who were simply amazing! The business suites were clean and spacious and all the amenities were excellent! Will strongly recommend to stay here.

We had a onboarding event at Opal Meeting room, thankfully we did not have to worry at all since Lobsang , Shivam were very helpful and took care of the event really well with the quick turn around and other logistics. Besides the last minute requirements were also adhered to.
