No room service, no cleaning, no drinking water dirty washroom, nothing was there. Just dirty bed bad behaviour of staffs. I will never go again to this hotel

There is no basic ambience like room freshness and washroom flash, not working. Wen i informed to reception he was busy to playing games with phone no. There is no land line phos to communicate to the reception.

I stayed yesterday night but actually is not working and there is no cleanliness in rooms. This is really bad experience. Worst experience i am not happy with that experience thank you.

i will thank all the staff that they are always helpful and the rooms are decent and clean. there are 2 types of rooms that they have and all ac rooms

Location is good as it is nearby to veg and non veg restaurants. Toilet maintenance is very poor as there is a lack of water pressure, no ventilation, and moldy walls.

Very worst maintenance. No water, no towel, not changing pillow covers. There are no lights outside. Totally we are uncomfortable this one day stay

Horrible stay. Room was dirty. Restroom terrible. No towels, toiletries etc. Initially. Only when we asked multiple times they provided. Shabby place in a dirty location. No tea/coffee maker in room.

Though room size is moderate full of cockroaches. Not even provided water bottles, towels which are basic things. Bed sheet and pillow covers are not changed prior to our check in when they charge rs room, need to maintain minimum standards.

The rooms were large enough but not very clean. The sheets and covers were dirty. The bathrooms were a bit beaten down.
