Amazing location, food options around the hotel was good. Room was clean. Good amenities. We loved the stay here.

Wanted some thing near to my workplace. So go it in search in rajajinagar. Rooms are neat but beds & pillows were not washed well, had strains. Food is bare minimum. The place is not worth the money paid.

My 2nd stay at this hotel, convenient, with car parking, comfortable and friendly staff and again no buffet breakfast which is the only thing which is disappointing.

Had a good comfortable stay and good staff, except one staff, buffet breakfast was not available and i had ordered a item and room boy came with different item i said i didn't order this, he called his senior and passed the phone he was like have this food if you want or leave, later i had to call the reception who was co-operative who then sent the breakfast i ordered.

Good location with polite and courteous staff. Decent breakfast spread but was tasty. Rooms are decent with basic amenities but the a/c ddint work in either of the rooms provided even after they changed when we complained. Rooms bed spread was torn at the edges and we found cockroaches in both our rooms. The most concerning were the transparent glass windows in the bathroom that faced windows of another building with a clear view making us very uncomfortable to use the bathroom

Stay was good. The mab plan (meals and breakfast included) is a little wonky. Sometimes the food is enough, sometimes they just send you 2 rotis, sometimes no water ***** with food. If you are just staying there, it's good. The food services are not up to mark.

Unprofessional staff/Marketing person. Denied booking even after confirming over phone, Since they received another booking @ higher rates. We have given big business to this hotel in the past,but no respect for guests. Money has more respect in this hotel over guests !

Experience was not satisfactory. Price was not worth it. Overpriced. Essentials things were not provided like hanger, mosquito liquid. Breakfast was not good.
