Very conveniently next to a big shopping center. Staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ok. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Decent enough hotel. Nothing spectacular. However it’s connected to a very run down mall. The saving grace is that it’s next to Phoenix mall, just walk a few mins and you have most of what you need.

The water coming out from the toilet is dirty with brown color

Stayed for short visit with family.. We loved staying here. The room allocated was big enough for a family of 3 and the view from hotel room is fantastic and it is conveniently located in the middle of the city. The Swimming pool and the sky deck was awsome and we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Stay was very comfortable , staff was great and always very helpful. Breakfast and the food was great . The hotel itself is with in a small mall, everyday new places being added there and now there is a lulu hypermarket from where u can get everyday items , than again less than 5 min walks they have phoenix mall

Had an opportunity to dine at Waverley, specifically at “Alt”, their skydeck restaurant with pool. Breath taking views, great ambience and lip smacking food - that summarises how that evening went about. This is at the terrace of VR mall in Whitefield Road and you can’t get a better location to indulge in such an experience. A great place to throw private parties and the service was immaculate. It’s a huge space and a well maintained pool on one side of this rooftop restaurant. Highly recommended.

Spacious rooms and good value for money. Food, ambience and staff were excellent. Nice location for corporate travelers given the proximity to many IT Companies. Great place for some good shopping as The hotel is housed in a mall (VR Bengaluru) and right next to the Phoenix Market city mall.

Great roof top swimming pool. 20 meters - superb for laps. Would have been even better with a change room and towels. Polite staff. Breakfast was pretty average. I don't have anything else to say. This dumb tripadvisor is forcing me to type 200 characters..

Amazing big spacious rooms and wonderful staff! The bed was queen sized and comfortable, the premises were clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with wide range of options. Although a bit pricey, definitely worth the money!

I have stayed in Waverley a couple if times and the experience is always great.The staff is really helpful and Proactive(Specifically Murli). I would recommend people travelling for business to stay at Waverly. The food and services are great here.

I stayed there for a total of 18 days for work. The staff were very accommodating, particularly Murali, who was always a friendly face in the mornings and did a great job with cleaning when needed. The restaurant team also took great care of me, especially given my vegan diet. They prepared sautéed vegetables and tofu each morning, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few downsides regarding the accommodation. The gym was quite underwhelming, with many of the machines in poor condition. Additionally, the rooftop area, except for the pool, was closed, so it didn’t resemble the pictures at all.

I recently stayed at The Waverly Hotel from November 13-14 2024, and my experience was extremely disappointing. My stay was disrupted by a major bed bug infestation in my room, which not only prevented me from getting any rest but also raised serious hygiene concerns. I did raise this issue to the front desk at 7:30AM on the 14th of Nov and showed them pictures and videos of the bed bugs and the inflammation all over my body as a that occurred from 1am onward. They declined to address the issue until arrival of the GM around 10:30AM. I had to leave for my business meetings with their assurance that I will be contacted with a resolution on request for a full refund. I was not contacted by the hotel for the full day until I decided to send them an official complaint via email which reflected poorly on the sincerity with which the guests’ concerns are managed. The GM then called me and without any apology refused to acknowledge that the bed bugs were in the room based on a 'thorough check' and instead begun to interview me suggesting that the bed bugs came with my luggage. No resolution was reached on a refund. I hope this review serves as a call for management to improve their approach to cleanliness and customer service, so future guests don’t encounter similar issues.
