Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Ramanashree California Resort, Bangalore, booked via the MakeMyTrip app for the dates May 10 to May 11.
During our stay, we encountered a serious issue — the water supply in the toilet stopped completely. As a pregnant woman, this caused extreme discomfort and inconvenience, especially during the night when I required access to basic facilities. Despite informing the reception immediately, there was no prompt response or resolution provided. In fact, as I write this mail, the issue remains unresolved.
This lack of basic amenities and poor service response has not only disrupted our stay but also negatively impacted my health and well-being. I expect MakeMyTrip to take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate action against the property.
