ABC@48 Hotel & Service Apartment recensioner

Well its clean and spacious for sure. Location pretty far from tourist spots but nearby has some great local food at local price. 7 Eleven as well. Sound insulation not that good thought. Can hear people walking outside the corridor. Staff were friendly and no complaint about it.

I like a room at this hotel but it’s a bit far inside , but it’s okey for me ＜/3 Rate : 8:/10

The hotel is clean and new.. however if u are traveling along or first time traveller better to choose other places than here.. it is very dark and deep inside the main road and u might get loss

The location and environment of the hotel is ok, however there is a big issue with the staff of the hotel. First of all, i stayed in many hotels before and the service attitude of this hotel is not acceptable. I was traveling with my wife and she was holding the key card. I returned to the hotel before her so i went to the front desk to ask for an extra key card to place in the room. However to my disbelief, the hotel staff said that they only have 2 key card entitled to the room. They do not have any keycard at all that can help to give to customer in case of any emergencies. And the staff shouted at me and raise their voice as our conversation went on. I immediately check out the hotel the following day. Wasting the 2 nights that i was about to stay on. My advice is not to stay at this hotel because of the rude and attitude of the hotel staff service line should have. 酒店的位置和环境还可以，但是酒店的工作人员有一个很大的问题。首先，之前住过很多酒店，这家酒店的服务态度不能接受。 我和我妻子一起旅行，她拿着钥匙卡。我比她先回到酒店，所以我去前台要了一张额外的钥匙卡放在房间里。然而令我难以置信的是，酒店工作人员说他们只有 2 张房间钥匙卡。他们根本没有任何钥匙卡可以在任何紧急情况下帮助提供给客户。 随着我们的谈话继续进行，工作人员对我大喊大叫并提高了声音。第二天我立即退房。浪费了我即将入住的 2 晚。 我的建议是不要入住这家酒店，因为酒店员工服务线应该有的粗鲁和态度。

衞生很差 ！床上有很多螞蟻！看了渾身起雞皮疙瘩 嚇得我上不了床！本來是第二天退房 跟前台提出要求 提前一天退房 退現金。酒店居然一點表示歉意都沒有 還不給退錢 簡直太噁心了。

這是我住過最差的地方，露台門、窗關不到，衛生情況惡劣，接待員態度極差，不能跟他們同一電梯，看見有客人他們就按關門鍵，等一下也不能，冷氣不涼快 This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The balcony door and windows cannot be closed, the hygiene is terrible, and the reception staff have a very poor attitude. We are not allowed to use the same elevator as them, and when they see guests, they press the close button and do not wait. 酒店服務真好，態度熱情又周到，衞生也打掃的很乾凈，離景區又近，出入都很方便，整體住下來非常舒適。，住的很舒服，前台人員服務也很好，房間乾淨整潔，環境優越，阿姨們都很熱情，有需求及時解決，早餐也不錯，性價比很高，交通便利，設施齊全，總而言之很喜歡，下次還會來
