This hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience at a very reasonable price. I stayed for two nights and was highly impressed by the service: - The hotel accommodated my special request for anniversary decorations in the room at no extra charge. - Its convenient location offers easy access to the Airport Rail Link, BTS station, Pratunam, and Platinum Fashion Mall, with a complimentary buggy service. - The building is new and the room is so clean - The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded my expectations!

Location is good. Hotel is quite new and everything looks clean. Sound insulation needs to be improved especially between rooms and corridor noise. This hotel served group tour and if you happened to be staying in the same level, it will be very noisy.

The hotel was quite new. The room was of good size and clean. Water pressure for shower was good. Service provided by staff was very good. A free buggy service was provided to the vicinity of platinum mall. Many restaurants within walking distance

Clean hotel, and friendly staff

Was a rather new hotel. Breakfast buffet is rather good for my taste. Room amenities are good as well. Staffs are very friendly. Free buggy service to near shopping center and even picked us up by recognising us on the road. :)

It would be great if the shuttle car more convenient, cause its scheduled and always fully booked by other in house guests. And is only one shuttle car is working.

The Cleanliness of the place is on point. However, beware of getting a connecting room as the sound proofing is very bad. Showering sound and talking can be heard clearly. We can even hear the alarm sound from the next door. Location wise is slightly far from the nearest MRT but shuttle buggy was provided which was nice.
