Måste hjälpa detta hotell att förtydliga lite Läget för detta hotell är fantastiskt och bekvämt eftersom transporterna är utmärkta och du kan välja båten, BTS guldlinje för att undvika trafikstockningen. Båten kan nå många platser. Elkontakterna är också utmärkta eftersom det finns usb- och multinationella kontakter. Vattentrycket i toaletten är också utmärkt med olika lägen. Jag har varit i 30 länder med olika hotellerfarenheter. Detta hotell säkerhet är stor. Hygienen här är bra men ventilationen i toaletten måste förbättras. Och även ljudisoleringen.

Great location, near ICONSIAM, great, friendly and helpful staffs. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel was very clean and location was great! Just walking distance of 3 mins to Iconsiam.

Opposite to icon Siam and next to the BTS golden line so quite convenient. But if you are going to other shopping area it will take quite some time.     Hotel rooms can see part of the river view( lower level block by icon Siam so guess higher floor can have a better view).  Was able to see the fireworks from the room which is great!  Breakfast is ok but not that great as compare to other  4/5 star hotel.  The swimming pool is pretty small.  Good thing is you can see sunset from the lift lobby’s window. Sunrise can be seen from my room too.  Service is ok and other amenities is quite basic.

The worst hotel under Hilton that I had ever stayed. Totally far away from Hilton's standard! I was here for 6days5nights. Lots of hiccups and room for improvement. 1- No conceriage 2- No bell man service 3 - No room service 4 - Pillow wasn't nice to sleep on 5 - Room was okay, But when comes to daily housekeeping its just absurd nonsense - Daily room make up was not done throughly, Floor not vaccummed, bathroom not cleaned. It was till I made a complain to front desk then I come back with a clean room - The worst experience I had thus far as I have never stayed in a hotel whereby I come back daily with a unclean room. I understand that it might just be a 4star hotel but being under hilton, the basic standard should be expected! Nevertheless, I got to praised the front desk staffs for their good service and readiness when attending to request

Location is excellent. Room is clean and spacious. But the swimming pool is too small. Good value for the money.

A great place if you planing to come shopping and Roam around Iconsiam and its nearby the BTS Station. However considering it’s a 4/5 Star Hotel it didn’t meet up to its expectations. Maybe it’s because the Hotel was newly built, the service was very limited and few. They do have Luggage Storage but no hotel porter/Bell man service. After a long ride from Huanhin To Bangkok When we first arrived to our room, once we opened the door there were hints of smell of Durian. The plug of the sink won’t come off so we have to dugged them out. There were not much room service, however I was hoping for some improvement.

Love the hotel , it's very New . And hv excellent room , staff are very very friendly and plus the location is superb just next to ICONSiam . Definitely will come back again . Highly recommend .

Desk staff, cleaning staff very helpful and very professional. Unfortunately I never got to use the services of the Restaurant and Bar staff.

No views . No facilities , tiny pool , Just a new hotel for who come to sleep . If price is under 100usd that’s ok to book

Hotel is located beside Charoennakorn Station. 7/11 is located below the hotel. Lot's of massage centers within walking distance. Hotel is new & clean, Staffs are very friendly & smiley. Recommend to others visiting Bangkok, Icon Siam is just 3 mins across the road.

Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, location just right next to Iconsiam and BTS stasion.
