I had a pleasure of staying at Zensation The Residence during my visit to Bangkok, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by Butter. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a kind demeanor that immediately made us feel welcome. Butter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was always friendly and attentive, taking the time to address our concerns and solve any problems we encountered during our stay. Her helpful nature and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made a positive impact on our experience. We are grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend Zensation The Residence to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially because of the fantastic staff like Butter. Everything is good. The shower place needs a small rack to put the shampoo and shower gel bottles.

Hotel is not too far from BTS station and has the basics for any solo traveller. I definitely recommend!

The room is very large, clean and clearly. The staff is so nice. The hotel nearby cafe. But they have a noise cause closely road. You may be heard the traffic on the road.

Quiet location, large rooms, but the living area ac unit only blowed room temperature air and getting taxis was quite difficult.

big room, can do laundry there and hang on balcony, bathroom floor gets wet easily though

I personally enjoyed everything bout the accommodation. This was a stay over as I wanted to rest after a lot of time on the beach. Comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Will definitely return!

Totally clean and neat. The bed room is quiet. The electric items (washing machine, refrigerator, microwave etc are new. But little far from station. With the price all fine.

I like it very much. very quiet. There is a 7-11 downstairs. Although the MRT is inconvenient, you can just take a taxi. It's not far anyway, but the smell of humidity was very strong on the first day.

PROs and CONs are the same as my last review. This time is just to show you the twin bed suite's pictures. This twin bed suite is on the 3rd floor BTW. Hope all the issues i mentioned will be properly fixed,Good luck :)
