Pranakorn Heritage Hotel recensioner

Det är verkligen svårt att föreställa sig varför det är ett femstjärnigt hotell, med liten variation av frukost och äckligt och kallt, och frukostplatsen är liten och ingen luftkonditionering, ombyggd från en gammal byggnad, inte vackert inredd, duschvattentemperaturen är svår att justera! Kommer inte stanna igen! Det finns till och med myggor i rummet!

Jag vet inte varför det kan kallas ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, rummen är vanligt inredda, faciliteterna är enkla, poolen är liten, det finns ingen mat till frukost och maten är kall! Det finns myggor i rummet! Skulle inte välja att bo igen! Badvattentemperaturen är svår att justera

Den första natten luktade rummet starkt av sopor, bytte omedelbart rum, men hade inte samma rumstyp. reception d attityd är faktiskt mycket bra, innan man säger uppgradera rummet, men faktiskt rummet är ännu mindre än det föregående

Miljön är inte tillräckligt bra för 5 diamanter, genomsnittlig, nära vägen och bullrig på natten Rummet är också väldigt litet.

Första natten trodde jag att jag skulle checka in med en bra attityd, men nästa dag vid 12-tiden gjorde de mig galen, deras attityd var väldigt dålig och lukten av formaldehyd fanns överallt. Nästa dag blev jag ombedd att betala för ett rum eftersom jag smutsade ner en badlakan.

We had an excellent and memorable stay in Pranakorn Heritage !  Staff service is heart warming, Cleanliness is superb, breakfast buffet is appetizing, room interior is high quality. Love the location -walking distance to rajadamnern muay thai stadium, near khao san We received a tasty birthday cake on my fiance birthday night. We came back late and they really wait for our arrival and they give the cake! So touched ! We had our tailored suits & dresses delivered to the reception area and it is well kept and taken cared of.  The hair blower was initially faulty & reported it to the receptionist. It was replaced with a new one right away !  Kudos to everyone from Prankorn! Will definitely come back ! U just earned a loyal guest today

The second time I stayed, I thanked my daughter for her birthday cake. It was a 10-point surprise. They also gave us a free room upgrade. The most important thing is that the staff were 10-point polite. The breakfast was also very good. Although it was simple, it was sufficient and clean. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay for the third time. The rating is very high and highly recommended. We drive by ourselves. The parking is very convenient. It is convenient to go to every scenic spot. ❤ ️ 👍 🙌 thanks for u pineapple biscuits ❤️

We were only staying 1 night, location is great foyer smelt amazing, staff were helpful, decor was elegant and room was clean. was only 1 mirror in bathroom but no plug point there for hairdryer. Fridge not cold, aircon good but loud, but very cool hotel and would stay again. 2 min walk to river

The service in this hotel is really amazing , very helpful. The stuff is very warm hearted. Room is very tiddy, and whole Neighbourhood is quite in the night ， clean, close to the  royal Palace. A lot of nice massage spa place around. Only the room cleaning stuff is not the diligent, we stay for 3nights , at first two days we did not ask you did for cleaning the room . But on the third day we request to clean, the stuff doesn’t show up on time and when he/she ready to clean it’s around 2 PM , my friends was in the room which is not convenient, so we ask them back in 30 mins, but unfortunately, none of them show up later. Until 20:00 I called room service again by call, and ask for shower tower. Still not clean the room , but bring the wrong towel again , I need towel,they bring the mat …

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The experience was outstanding from start to finish. First and foremost, I felt completely safe during my time there, which is always a top priority for me. The security measures in place gave me peace of mind. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. Their customer service truly made a difference in my experience. Additionally, the food was fantastic! Each meal I had was delicious, and the variety offered was impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!

I like this hotel. Very good location and affordable price. It includes the breakfast!

This is a very nice and clean hotel where I spent two nights with my wife and baby before returning to Europe. There is a nice pool with a shallow section where even the baby had fun, we also really appreciated the children's corner. The staff is really very nice. We also used a large taxi to the airport for a similar price to Grab. The price is very low compared to the services provided.
