Very friendly and accommodating check-in. We had issues in our room with the air conditioning, toilet and handle in the shower. Maintenance was great and fixed it promptly. I have stayed here a few times and the housekeepers usually do a very good job. This time, the lady we had was terrible. The place is not in the best shape. The front desk said they were closing next month for a full renovation. I will be sure to come back for this place after the renovation.

Even though I checked in late at night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The apartment was spacious and complete with everything you need for a stay. Recommended for the price.

The room is clean but the walk way outside is quite run down and the light is dim. You will see the walkway has mold as well. The room inside is very spacious and they provide a lot of things, eg: TV(living room and bedroom), kitchen, cooker, big fridge, washing machine, bathtubs, iron board, safe keep and etc. The room aircond is really cold and you don’t need to put a key card just to make sure air conditioner is on. This means the time you reach the room, it is so cooling. The down side is the window is unable to open as it is facing another building wall. Overall, it is quite a good stay.

Room is big and spacious. But check in counter at different building, it’s quite troublesome. Overall not bad for a big room at this price.

The overall location is fantastic and just a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and the MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations. The suits are massive with a lot of space, and full of all normal household amenities including a washing machine with a dryer, and an iron + ironing board. The kitchen is usable too, and the bathroom is nice and big. The WIFI connection was poor though, and the internet would randomly drop, especially at night. It was quite unstable. The carpet in the hallway and the bedroom looked unclean and should probably be removed because it’s obvious it is not maintained. I was lucky to get a corner room with all windows facing outside. In other rooms, however, the windows faced the hallway, and I could sometimes see other guests in their rooms with the curtains open. It’s a rather unfortunate layout and I personally wouldn’t want to stay in such rooms.

Decorations are quite old, shower water is not hot enough.

Nice condo-type hotel. Spacious. If you are not picky with amenities, good price. Larger than usual hotel rooms because it was meant to be a condo. As long as the beds are big and clean beddings and cleaned everyday, it’s a nice place to stay. For private people because it does not have a lobby. Aircon is really good and centralized. We did not opt for free breakfast because you have to to to their main hotel a street behind it. Spa service right in front. Nice place.

Its better to book Kingston suites hotel. Because the reception for all buildings in in the hotel.

The hotel is kinda in a convenient location, junior suites is quite comfortable for couple to stay, the price is good so i will come back again.

At this price at this location nothing can be better than this apartment
