When they clean our room they throw some of our things without telling us. A lot of cockroaches bad smell in the toilet. Theu didn’t give us new towel when they get the used one.

It was not the best we had a lot of insects in our rooms

Good but need to improve rooms the cleanliness

We had to stay2 nights due to some reasons. 1. Rooms werent cleaned daily. 2. No toilet tissue given 3. Fırst day there were 2 bootles of water but 2nd day nothing. 4. No any TV and no any freeze 5. We have booked room with 3 single beds. But we got 1 double and 1 single bed. 6. There was one 50 aged wardrobe without hangers. 7. Bathroom is very bad and no any soap or shampoo. 8. Owner is indian. Staff is nepalise or indian. 9. Very close to night market. 10. There is one 7/11 just opposite. 11. Hotel is very old. As a summary; i never stayed such a bad hotel like this. if you have a chance sleeping in a park is better. Dont waste your money. i had stayed with family, if i stayed alone i will sleep in front of one 7/11. it is better.
