Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Bangkok Silom

First, let me say that your hotel’s location is fantastic. Being situated opposite Park Silom, with restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket inside, is incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a 24-hour McDonald’s next door and being just a 5-minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue during check-out that left me feeling disappointed. The male staff member who handled my check-out (unfortunately, I couldn’t catch his name) was not very friendly. Due to the nature of the items in the room being mostly purchaseable, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a check to ensure nothing was taken. After the 10 minutes had passed, no one updated me on the status, and I had to approach the counter myself to ask if everything was settled. A lady staff member then confirmed that all was in order. I believe it would be much better if the staff took the initiative to inform guests once the check is complete, rather than leaving us waiting without clear communication. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the process, the long wait and lack of proactive communication could be improved for a smoother check-out experience.

The hotel is super duper nice and clean. Mrt and many shop is near by. Super suggest to people.you not stay here sure you will regreat

這趟曼谷之旅，入住西鐵城酒店克魯姆真是太明智的決定了！酒店地理位置優越，距離BTS沙拉登站僅幾步之遙，出行十分方便。周邊商店林立，生活機能完善，想逛街、吃美食都非常方便。 酒店房間雖不大，但佈置精緻，採光良好，給人一種溫馨舒適的感覺。床墊軟硬適中，睡得特別香甜。浴室乾濕分離，備品齊全，使用起來非常方便。 酒店的服務更是讓我印象深刻。工作人員親切熱情，服務周到。入住時，工作人員會詳細介紹酒店設施和周邊環境，退房時還會貼心地提醒我攜帶物品。 酒店的早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，可以滿足不同口味的客人。餐廳環境優雅，用餐氛圍很好。 總體來說，西鐵城酒店克魯姆曼谷席隆是一家非常棒的酒店。無論是商務出差還是休閒度假，這裡都是一個不錯的選擇。
