Our 2nd stay. Total of 10 nights Great for all only except cleaning part Please vacuum the floor when doing room cleaning.

Still need to work on housekeeping system and (some) bellboys servicemind. Others than that are perfect.

Nice and clearness .

I only planned to stay here for 1 night, but I enjoyed the amenities and service so much I extended my stay until leaving the city. Great value for money without sacrificing quality.

The stay was excellent the hotel is well equipped the kitchen is good we enjoyed too cook for us. The pool is very nice and the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. We can only say it's was amazing

總體來説還是比較滿意的，衹是早餐選項少了些！ 服務：很客氣，主動幫助提行李；最重要的是陽台可以吸煙，煙灰缸可以向客房服務索要。生日還給我送了塊蛋糕暖心！

酒店環境乾淨舒適，配備了一張很大的桌子和一張舒適的沙發。最重要的是，客房內有微波爐和煮食爐，非常方便。工作人員都非常有禮貌，服務質素與價格相符。我看到評論區有些客人提到浴室水壓較小，但我自己沒有遇到這個問題。總的來說，一切都很好。 不幸的是，我在房間裡遺留了我的直髮夾，可惜酒店在我退房時並沒有通知我。由於我有行李寄存，按理說酒店應該能及時發現並通知我。事後，我給酒店發了一封郵件，他們告訴我已經找到了，並且我可以回來領取。不過，我已經不在泰國了，得等下次來的時候才能拿回來。希望酒店能幫我妥善保存。 The hotel is clean and comfortable, featuring a large table and a cozy sofa. The best part is that it has a microwave and a cooking stove, which is very convenient. The staff are polite, and the quality of service matches the price. I noticed in the reviews that some guests mentioned weak water pressure in the bathroom, but I personally did not encounter this issue. Overall, everything was great. Unfortunately, I left my hair straightener in the room, and it’s a pity that the hotel did not notify me when I checked out. Since I had my luggage stored, it would have been normal for the hotel to identify and inform me in a timely manner. Afterward, I sent an email to the hotel, and they informed me that they had found it and that I could come back to pick it up. However, I am no longer in Thailand and will have to wait until my next visit to retrieve it. I hope the hotel can help me keep it safe in the meantime

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 新しいので綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。プールもいつも綺麗で、清潔に感じました。 朝食もおいしかったです。子どもたちはそれぞれ好き嫌いがありますが、美味しいと食べられるものがたくさんありました。焼きたての*焼きがおいしかったです。フルーツも南国らしく、いつも食べているものと全然違いました！ お部屋のメイキング時間がまちまちで、出かけて夕方戻ってからまだ掃除されていないことがあったので困りました。また、掃除して欲しくないタイミングでチャイムが鳴らされたりと、掃除ボタンの使い方がよくわからなかったですが、連絡すれば対応してもらえました。 総じて良かったので、また泊まりたいです。
