I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location along the Chao Phraya River offers breathtaking views, especially from the rooftop bar and river-facing rooms. The seamless check-in process and warm hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel boasts excellent dining options, including a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of international and local selections. The Executive Lounge is also a great perk, offering a relaxing space with superb service. One of the highlights is the hotel’s easy access to the ICONSIAM shopping mall via the complimentary shuttle boat—an added convenience that makes exploring the area effortless. The pool area is another standout, providing a serene oasis in the heart of the city. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist, making my stay truly special. Whether you’re visiting Bangkok for business or leisure, the Millennium Hilton is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent service. Room was very nice and clean, bed were very comfortable. Location is excellent, right next to Icon Siam, about 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast buffet was really delicious.

The great view, helpful staff. We were celebrating birthday in our room and we got everything what we needed. Highly recommended

**Review of My Stay at Hilton** I had an amazing stay at Hilton, and I must give special thanks to **Nong Kan** at the front desk. Their service was exceptional—friendly, warm, and truly made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The hotel has everything you could ask for! The in-room amenities, bathtub, room service, swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna were all top-notch. Everything was just perfect! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. This time, I was here for the **Alpha Summit at ICON**, and the location was incredibly convenient. Parking was also easy, with no issues at all. I was so impressed that I’d love to bring my family here for a stay in the **Executive Room** next time. Definitely looking forward to my next visit! 😊✨

Thank you for providing such a comfortable and pleasant stay! The hotel concierge was very attentive during check-in and even noticed it was my husband's birthday. They surprised us by arranging a birthday cake to be sent to our room — such a thoughtful gesture! We truly appreciate the attentiveness and warm hospitality. Great staff and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The only thing I complain about ist that our room was located next to the elevators and was especially in the morning noisy. However other than that we enjoyed staying in this Hilton and will probably choit agian on our next trip to Bangkok

Overall, the hotel is great. Good location, clean and spacious.. just some small issues. I find it annoying. 1) The hotel lifts can be more responsive and active. Half the time, it's only 1 lift moving when there are 6 lifts. Resulting in long wait time and frustration as during some busy period, you can't get into the lift. 2) The lift key card reader and control panel is only at 1 side of the lift. So it's very inconvenient and hard for guests to use, especially when the lift is packed. So you may miss your level by the time you manage to squeeze through to get your room card scan. 3) The check out process can be more efficient. Due to in house beverage available in the room, the staff need to check and verify the consumption during your check out Resulting in long wait time. Wastage of time and manpower. I think in these days and age, it would not be very useful to have these in the room. Especially the mall and convenience stores are all nearby. Unneeded offerings I feel. Other than the above, the hotel is great. Hope it helps.

I had an amazing stay at Millenium Hilton Bangkok. The staff were all really nice. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was good but Bangkok traffic really hits in that area since it's right beside Icon Siam which is also actually very convenient to walk. I also wish the TV in the room was available for chromecast or even just streaming youtube/netflix but it's quite dated. Overall good stay!

Always in a great area. Fantastic hotel facilities and amenities. This hotel just needs a bit of a renovation to keep up with time but overall very good.
