Holiday Inn Bangkok, an IHG Hotel recensioner

The breakfast variety was great and food were delicious. For business trip, there were large table top to put laptops and stationery.

We stayed in this hotel several times before the Covid crisis from 2019 to 2022. We loved its location, easy assess to Central world and Siam Paragon shopping malls. Can go anywhere with the BTS Chit Lom station is near by. Although room size is not big but it’s acceptable. Quality of their shampoo/conditioner and bodywadh is surprisingly good, a lot better than those small sized bottles before. Hotel staff are polite and helpful especially those serving us for breakfast, special thanks for Cookies and her team’s good services that gave our trip a pleasant touch. Also want to thank the cleaning lady for her efficiency in tidy up our room, it was cleaned when we returned right after breakfast. We’ll consider this hotel again in our next trip and will recommend it to our friends.

Good stay! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. All managed very well despite the crowd. The hotel also assisted with the booking of taxi to the airport. Super convenient! Forgot to take proper photos of the hotel so half eaten breakfast photo it is.

Thank you for upgrading the room for us . So happy to stay here. If still travel to Bangkok will come back this hotel.

Everyone talks about its good location, indeed. Hence i am not repeating it here. I was lucky to be able to spend my xmas here, for the first time. Xmas atmosphere was great. The dinning experience in Ginger for the breakfast was superb. All staff were friendly and services were excellent from serving staff to wide choices of food. Two outstanding staff at Ginger- Nice and Alisa- both can recognised me and my the other half on our day 2 visit.Xmas eve brekkie dinning- the candle stick were distributed to all dinners, what a lovely touch to celebrate the Xmas. And nice choco for each room, is a sweet touch when we were away from home. Gym staff were attentive and friendly too, although i didn’t get the names - one had checked on my safety when i was using the steam room. While the other walked thru the gym facility and access to gym in details. Hotel room is spacious, more than enough space for mid size luggages. A writing table for good wifi connection for my work purpose. Pillows have firm and soft for each guest. Shower room water pressure is adjustable, and that is nice to find out. Yes i would reco this hotel.

Convenient and friendly hotel. Very clean rooms. Rooms are reasonable in size though not as spacious as some other hotels .

Front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful with a very smooth check-in process. The elevators are a bit old but still clean. The room is very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel adds extra points because it’s just a few mins walk from the BTS Chit Lom station which is very close to the malls.

Good location as it’s close to the places where I usually would visit plus BTS. Second time staying at the Holiday Inn but at a different wing (the one where the lift is behind the pool). The room is big but also a bit old as things seem to be falling apart at places. 1) I got woken up by the sound of water dripping from the bathroom ceiling one morning. Called front desk but they misheard and thought the water basin was leaking. The ceiling was already sagging a bit so was afraid that it might collapse. 2) The metal plate by the door was loose so need to attempt closing the door a few times. Otherwise the door won’t lock properly. 3) Bathtub drainage was blocked so water would start pooling around the feet.

Great location just steps away from the BTS line and the skywalk. Breakfast is almost the same for all the days that we stayed there they just change 1-2 dishes daily. It was my mom's bday when we stayed there and they prepared a cake in the room when we got there.

This is my second time staying in this hotel within a year. Love the location. Room is clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Near to Chit Lom train station and big malls, next Gaysorn, opposite Central World and walking distance to Siam Paragon.
