Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam, an IHG Hotel recensioner

This hotel was a huge downside to our trip. We booked two nights, stayed one night and cancelled the second . The reason we left this hotel was because: - bed stains on the bedsheets - makeup stains or something brown on duvet covers - flies that bite in the room and a bunch of them in the bathroom -something was making us feel itchy when we got in the bed. We told the hotel and they sent two very young housekeepers to change the sheets (who were lovely) - the problem is bigger than housekeeping. It’s the hotel. It’s old, and outdated . The breakfast area was old, old dirty stained tables. Some tables left dirty, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Breakfast was not good and so limited . The overall experience was horrible . If you prefer cleanness, good environment that’s comfortable. Would not recommend this place .
