Great spot right next to the pier, rooftop was incredible. Very nice and cozy, service was great as well. Very friendly staff

It was a great stay. Got upgraded with a very spacious room. Friendly staff.

Large size room, buffet breakfast includes freshly made omelette, which is always a bonus. Easy walk to 7-Eleven, ATM, restaurants. Allow extra 15mins when booking GRAB and decide beforehand if you want to use the highway to/from the airport to save time. It's extra 50 THB but most drivers will pay in advance and add to your GRAB total at the end.

Nice hotel close to the river and iconsiam.lovely hotel just needs a bit of work as was slightly outdated.

+ location + big room + tasty breakfast + welcome drink - not clean room (especially bath) - when I asked to send housekeeper to check it, they just bring more towels 😂 - no tea (on breakfast also), no slippers, no foot towel Probably, I’ll back but not into my favourite list

I chose this hotel for its location. 7 minute walk to Saphan Taksin and the Central Ferry. 15-minute walk to Sausak. 40-minute walk to Chinatown. The hotel is dated and was probably a luxury in the past. Service is excellent. Wifi didn't work during my stay and no hot water in the shower. The gym is ok, and the rooftop pool is nice. The bed is large and comfortable, but cushions are awful. Check in and out very fast and tons of food options around. I enjoyed my stay, but the wifi was a real shame

Really spacious and clean rooms. Furniture looks old but everything was clean and usable. Daily housekeeping. Good location. Necessary amenities for a comfy stay. Recommended

This hotel is a gem for the price! They actually upgraded me to an executive room, which was huge and nicely decorated. The bathroom is quite small compared to the rest of the suite but it has a bathtub, which is a bonus for me. The hotel also has a small gym and a rooftop pool and the location is exceptional.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, they upgraded us from a standard room to an executive room! The breakfast is your usual basic hotel food, which wasn't bad. Good location, central to everything. The bath is a little tired looking but everything else was alright

Great location, big room and super nice front desk staff and bell service. Only down side are the room floor not very clean and the beds were sunken and could feel the spring.

A Fantastic Stay at The Grand Sathon! I had an amazing experience staying at The Grand Sathon during my recent trip to Bangkok! From start to finish, the entire stay was seamless and enjoyable. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who made checking in a breeze. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the modern decor and comfortable furnishings, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep every night. The in-room amenities were great. The location is also perfect—close to both cultural sites and shopping, making it an ideal base for exploring Bangkok.

Hotel was good but not new and abit old. The only thing we didn't like is the pool as they put chlorine in the water that U can smell it very strong and harmful for the eyes. The service was good and the location not bad because near in the metro station and shopping mall.

I booked this as a last minute room while in Thailand. The place is near a BTS station and can easily be reached by walking. If you prefer a car the area is a bit narrow and located in a very traffic area. The room was very big for the price, a bit dated but I had a good rest. There was a kitchen and living room area.
