Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Nice hotel in a very good location. Walking distance to T21 mall n Asok BTS. It's just beside Emsphere mall. Room is spacious enough for 2 pax. Breakfast need to improve on the cut fruits as they don't looked fresh @ all. Overall a pleasant stay.

Terrible room and surrounding. Trip.com should do more to investigate and check hotel standard before listing. I had the worst experience in this hotel. And to make it worse…the receptionist blamed it on the previous earthquake.

booked this hotel as it was right beside our concert venue for gracie abrams - about 2 minutes walk to emsphere. we reached at about 12:30pm and they allowed us to check in early. room was very spacious, the only downside is that the room was too dim with the curtains closed even though every light in the room was turned on. would suggest to skip on the hotel breakfast as there’s nothing much to compliment on. there were flies on the pastries 🥲🥲 there’s so many cafes nearby which opens at 7/8am & the food options there are way better imo.. emsphere has lots too. overall, would go back again but without the opting for breakfast.

The hotel had a big store of ******** down his building , Reception at first go level 08 not friendly rushing thru not explaining properly about things in hotel, asking for 5000 thai baht deposit never experience this in any hotel, room big, wifi very bad you cannot connect to internet I had to buy a SIM card to use , charge more went to swim order one beer get one free charge me more than 200 baht in Swiming pool, as One 160 baht you need to go inside and look for stuff to order, they rush you to buy more breakfast nothing good only eggs need to order on paper , breakfast staff they good and the bellboy reception down they friendly .

Couldn’t fault this hotel, its location was brilliant, clean, safe, modern, friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. You can’t beat the location - right on Sukhumvit between Asoke and Phrom Phong. Yes, the rooms do get a lot of street noise but that’s just part of the location. There’s a 7-11 right across the street. Highly recommend the coffee stand in front of it too. Room was very clean with new linens. Very comfortable bed. Pool doesn’t get a lot of direct sun - a perk for some, drawback for others. Great place to stay if you’re planning to do some shopping!

Very convenient location and city is so beautiful. The room is clean, bed so comfy, but the toilet doesn’t flush well. Overall is great.

My first time in this hotel and I had a wonderful experience with this place, pool are amazing,breakfast is good , room is clean, reception also very kind and I’m very lucky I got upgraded to premium room for free 🥰 I will definitely coming back soon

Chosen this hotel as it’s just beside Emsphere where I can party and go back hotel in minutes. A few minutes away walk to nearest BTS Phrom Pong.

The hotel was in a great location, near to transport links and large shopping complex and food hubs. The staff and service were excellent, friendly and very helpful.  Breakfast was great with very ample selection and great value. Thoroughly recommend and would return. They also noted, anniversary and birthday with card, cake and decoration on bed. Very welcomed.

one of the best hotel that I'll recommend! right beside the emphere mall, many food to eat!! also offering shuttle service to the nearest BTS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
