The hotel was in a great location, near to transport links and large shopping complex and food hubs. The staff and service were excellent, friendly and very helpful.  Breakfast was great with very ample selection and great value. Thoroughly recommend and would return. They also noted, anniversary and birthday with card, cake and decoration on bed. Very welcomed.

The staff are so friendly and good service mind.I do love the location where next to Emdistrict and short walk to BTS.

Not able to change or cancel the booking due to special case, but still willing to stay in next trip to Thailand.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bangkok and opted for a king bed room. The hotel's location is fantastic—it's right next to the EmSphere, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. However, I found the room to be quite dark, which affected the overall ambiance. It would be great if the lighting could be improved to make the rooms more inviting. All towers in bathroom looks very dated. the showers does not have any closed doors, so the water will splash out into onto the floor. The breakfast offered was average with limited options, only watermelon and pineapples during my 3 nights stay. but it was adequate to start the day. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. Their friendliness and willingness to help stood out. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel with a prime location and friendly staff, this is a good choice for the price. With some improvements in room lighting and breakfast variety, it could be even better.

Decided to stay here for one night after coming back into the city center from a customer visit out of town, on my last day in Bangkok. The hotel's location is walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS station, and next to Emsphere mall. Many restaurants around, massage parlors, convenience stores, bars if you're into that. However, it's not the cleanest hotelsI've stayed at. It's also a bit old I reckon. I'm usually not very sensitive but there was a distinct damp smell when I arrived on my floor, and there were chips on the carpet..the sink in my room was also leaking..and wet. The bed was comfortable, but there was a dark stain at the end of it, which I thought was ciggarette dust initially, but probably just dirt. Size of room is OK, a bit stuffy, smells damp, and view of the Sukhumvit street is alright. Noise proof is acceptable.

The location of the hotel is super with a big mall beside, at the junction of Sukhumvit 22 and between 2 BTS station. Overall the hotel is clean and service is good. One comment is the light in the room is a bit dim. That's all

Room is very dark, lightings were not centralised need to go 360 to off the switched. Aging room. Towel smells 🤦♂️ basin stucked Nice bar at top floor.

The location of Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel is very good. Very closed to Phrom Phong BTS station, just about 6 minutes walk along on the sidewalk and easy to reach the hotel. There is a brand new super popular Bangkok shopping mall EMSPHERE just next to the hotel, and there are a lots of shops nearby, very convenient !!! Room with daily breakfast is at good deal price, breakfast is delicious! In conclusion, I will visit again and recommend this Holiday Inn Hotel to my friends.

This hotel offers good value for the price and is conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was very accommodating, and the proximity to the airport made travel easy. Additionally, the nearby mall with a diverse food court is a nice perk. However, the hotel's decor feels a bit outdated, and the WiFi was disappointing—slow and unreliable.

The hotel is located in the center of Bangkok. Walking distance can reach anywhere.

Bit old environment. Poor air quality in room (smell of smoke and ***** from the central conditioning). Staff didnt refill slippers, towels and tool brushes even reminded.

Service is really excellent, friendly staffs and care with any details. I stayed during my birthday, I got surprised from room attendant and a cake together with a card from hotel. I’m really appreciate it.

I stayed here for 4 times already. I love the location that is next to the new shopping mall and bts. The room was always clean. The bed is super comfy. The water in the shower is good. A lot of mirror to do my makeup. I also love the breakfast here. So many choices and good taste. Over all 10/10 for me.
