The check-in was ok, but other hotels are doing much better in terms of speed. The room was dated, only the bed and pillows are keeping me going during the stay. Tv was small, maybe 24 or 32 inches. The curtains doesn't block out the sunlight at all even they are fully closed, sunlight are coming directly through the curtain, you will not be able to sleep well during the day/afternoon. Although the room comes with breakfast, but didn't try it, so cannot comment on it. Not worth the price considering the state of the room and it was on a weekday, Monday (I checked-in at 4pm) to Wednesday. 85 USD per night, Sukhumvit and Silom area have much better rooms with lower price. If you want to extend check-out until 6pm, you have to pay half day rate, which is understandable, but the half day rate that the hotel charged is almost same as the full day rate on trip.com.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the BTS/MRT station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and a cozy café. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were very welcoming. Great value for money — I’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Avani Ratchada for my birthday. Everything was beyond my expectations - room was comfy and clean; facilities were great with lounge, gym, pool and onsen; location was convenient with MRT and malls nearby for shopping. They were so nice to send me a little cake too! We'd like to specially compliment the staff at Avani Club, they took care of all our needs. Especially, Aki and Nuts. Thanks also the hotel concierge Day for the help to post our postcards! We will return next time in Bangkok, and we'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Very polite and early check in was available. Executive room came with executive service. Great location for business travellers and as well for families coming to the city. Also spa’s foot massage was very nice

Expected more from this place. After rebranding to Avani the staff is trying to do their best, but the place is quite outdated and needs some improvements. Pro's: 1. Location. A few steps to Phra Ram 9 MRT, convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi via cheap Airport Link train, hundreds of eateries, shopping and groceries around (Lotus, Fortune Mall, Central Rama). 2. Breakfast. Really great in terms variety. Expected much less. 3. Staff. Polite, helpful, speaks good English. 4. Clean and cool pool. 5. Price. 250 USD for 3 nights including 3 breakfasts at central Bangkok a few days before arrival is a good price nowdays. Con's: 1. Overall outdated facilities. Had to change the room upon arrival, because the one we were provided had broken window and the noise from the road was unacceptable. Tired furniture, awful dampness in the room. 2. Extremely overcrowded, noisy, too many disrespectful Asian quests. Sorry guys, but Its not normal to listen to your smartphone at full volume at public areas (restaurant) or come to breakfast dressed in your dirty pyjamas. Its not actually a hotel fault, but in my opinion, the staff can regulate it if there is a policy provided by management. Overall a good place but some improvements are required ASAP.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location very good and clean. Rooms are very clean Especially these 3 staffs . Ning, Akina and Leksi very helpful and polite

My New favorite hotel in Bangkok I used to always stay at the solitaire cause I thought they had a great lounge my friend. She helped me find this amazing hotel way better huge rooms late check out free mini bar , Amazing food in lounge. Next to malls and night market . I will stay again.

Location is alright there’s a station right beside the hotel. Facilities quite run down. Hotel is linked to the mall, a lot of shops at your convenience. But do visit before 2200 as the mall will be closed. Staff can be quite unhelpful. Took 90mins and multiple requests for towels each night. Many air crews are staying here as well as tour buses. Breakfast options are limited. Not halal

Amazing hotel with the best hospitality. Every staff were all in smiles and very willing to help. We were very well treated the whole time and we had a very good time. Thank you very much

The people here, they're the treasure of your hotel. I have lived on the 21st floor for about a month and my last order was completed with agoda. The beautiful women on the 25th floor are amazing. I now live in Hilton, and I can't find a girl here who is more beautiful than any of the female employees of Avani. Plus, there's a shy, handsome guy on the 25th floor. 21st floor, beautiful cleaning aunt, I love her ~ I am a very messy male, everything will be mislaid, but I firmly believe that during my stay, not a single penny of Thai baht has been lost. Finally, high praise to the lovely little beauty on the 25th floor, shami, if possible, I hope my daughter in the next life will be her. Looks like a doll. Never seems to grow up.

Very old fashioned

It's located in a very good spot, at the heart of the City. Staff are very friendly and the hotel itself connecting to the shopping mall and it's pretty close to the night market on the opposite. And also the opposite of the hotel also has another shopping mall. This time I stayed at the Junior suit room (got upgraded by a very lovely hotel staff Ms.Ann, thank you so much!)

Avani hotel have a very good location next to mrt station, further on thatit was surrounding by 3 malls, which make my shopping trips perfectly good. Transportation i will give 10points. Service on check in and check out 10point. The only disappointment is the buffet breakfast, is i ever ate in bangkok the worst ever breakfast. Does not consist multiple choice, and doesn't have thai milk tea. Anyway place is beautiful during Christmas.
