I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel.
The room was extremely small with a low ceiling, making me feel quite claustrophobic during my stay. The cleanliness of the toilet left much to be desired. The showerhead was filthy, covered in a thick layer of limescale, and its holder couldn't support it properly. Moreover, the water quality was so poor that the brand - new filter in the shower I replaced turned yellow after just one use.
The service also failed to meet my expectations. When I checked in at around 1 am, I had to wait in a long queue. I'm not sure if it was due to the inefficiency of the staff, but it definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. Additionally, my reservation clearly stated that toothbrushes would be provided free of charge. However, when I asked for them, the hotel staff informed me that there would be a charge. After a troublesome discussion, I still couldn't get the free toothbrushes as promised and had to buy them outside.
I hope the hotel can take these issues seriously and make improvements.
