It is close to the Sky Train, making travel convenient. The hotel has adapted the building, so there is a mix of dormitory-like atmosphere. The pillows are not very comfortable to sleep on. The rooms are adequate for the price paid.

I'm a budget traveller, and this is the best value for money hotel I have stayed in. It's right next to an MRT station, 7-Eleven, laundromat, street food and small restaurants. You don't really hear the street noise. The only noise you will get is the aircraft noise from the adjacent airport. There's nice lobby with rest areas, a gym which operates from 4pm to 10pm, lifts, paid parking as well as front desk from 7am to midnight. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with a medium fridge, study table, hair dryer. Staff are friendly. No annoying keycard electricity switch.

Location is right next to Sai Yud BTS, definitely convenient to go anywhere. Place is clean, decent and sufficient. Nearby has all the things you need; food stalls, 7-11 and close to main road.

My stay at Royal Bee was fantastic - the rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel's prime location next to the BTS station made visiting Save One Go Night Market effortless. Although there's a shortage of amenities and facilities, this didn't detract from my experience, especially considering how very non expensive the hotel is.

The service is good & the people is nice. Special credit to the security guard that always guarded & welcome you at the door. The cafe is ok. The gym only start from 12pm... Excellent location with this price.

I will never go to this hotel again. Because I have to stand in line in the lobby for breakfast and get a piece of bread and a cup of coffee.

The location was fantastic, 2 minute walk to Sai Yud BTS station. Stree food, convenient stories around. The room was clean, I am happy with what I paid for it.

great location, it's near by BTS rail Sai Yud Station of Sukhumvit Line. easy to accase to downtown. cleaness, comforable of bed sheet.

Good place and cheap place to stay. Right next to BTS station station

Staff very helpful with good advice for taxis, airport connection, food options. Quick check-in and out. Big spacious rooms, soft bed, warm showers a really good transit spot for DMK. be aware the taxi ride has to go around the airport so it takes time especially in morning rush hour, allow for that, reception staff can advise.
