Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at the courtyard. The staff were accommodating and hospitable, room is spacious and clean. Concierge service was excellent when assisting in restaurant reservations and was able to advise on commuting options.

Spotless property, diverse breakfast choices and, good service. The hotel is at walking distance to 2 different BTS Skytrain stops, surrounded by a lot of malls and ample choice of restaurants. Also a nice urban park nearby perfect for a stroll and some relax.

Our room was nice and clean. Booked city view deluxe 2 double room, which is nice enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Impressed by service rendered by staff. Check in staff was nice to help extend a slightly later checkout timing as i had a late night flight. Staff also assist us with booking of car to the airport and help communicate with Grab driver to ensure there is sufficient boot space for our luggage. Location is ok, hotel do provide shuttle bus to Asoke BTS station or you can also walk about 7 mins to the station. Walkable distance to EMSPHERE mall with lots of food choices. Most of the time we commute via Grab so this hotel is great for us.

It is strategic located in the happening area where you can easily find food, drink and massage nearby. The hotel breakfast has complete variety of international food. Clean room and big bathroom.

the hotel is new but our room 3211 has a strange smell. isolation is also bad as I could hear the drainage from the room as well. Bed are large and comfortable. breakfast is nice and good value. access to the hotel is not convenient as the road is narrow and almost no footpath, can be dangerous for kids. hotel staffs are helpful and good quality. massage parlors are everywhere.

It’s quite conveniently located near EmSphere but it can be quite hot to walk under the sun. Breakfast is spot on with great noodle and selection of bread. However it’s quite disappointing to get a room looking over a wall of the next block. No views at all

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is centrally located between Asok and Phrom Pong station, very near to Terminal 21 and the new Emsphere shopping centre. And there are a wide selection of good clean massage shops outside the hotel. The check in process was smooth and efficient. Even though I checked in very late close to midnight, the staff at the reception were very welcoming. The staff was very kind to upgrade me to a room that comes with a bathtub! Appreciate the very kind gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job as will in maintaining the room each day. The service from the concierge staff was exceptional as well. They were always friendly, professional and eager to assist with my requests. Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The combination of excellent service, convenient location and very comfortable room made my stay truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The on-site amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

The hotel surprised my wife with a cute happy anniversary message written on the mirror and it was a very memorable experience. Breakfast was out of this world delicious with real bacon and custom omelettes and served late so you can sleep in. Pool had no people and was very relaxing place to relax and drink some beers. Location was perfect. Will be back next year!

Impressed by their hospitality and services. Every staff makes you feel warm and very helpful. The rooms is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Only the bathroom need a little bit more effort for those moss. Breakfast is very nice and sumptuous. Tastes delicious and the variety also keeps changing every day. The location is ok but the traffic there is very bad. Little walk from the hotel to the main road where you can find 7/11 and lots of massage. Definitely worth the stay. 👍🏻

the brekfast is good, with very good fruits. The air con is superb. the room temerature can easily be adjusted.

Super little hotel - though it is based in two buildings which makes accessing the pool a little tricky. I wanted to use the pool, but it is part of a bar and I felt too shy to do so on my own as someone who is in their 60's. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were simply amazing - lots of fruit and food from all over the world. Highly commended for that! My hotel view was not good - barred windows looked like a prison. You couldn't open the windows either as the noise from the air cons/workings of the surrounding houses and the hotel itself meant that things were VERY noisy. However, as I was out at a conference most of the time this was fine - but I would have felt short changed with the view (see pic) if I had booked as a holidaymaker. Still, for one or two nights it is worth it for the breakfast and hospitality alone.

Check in staff are not helpful, but the manager he is so nice and well understanding. About having breakfast is so nice but if we wanna have lunch or dinner we do not have much choice.
