Overall, I had a great experience with the Hyatt Regency. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

The location of the hotel is great! very convenient and next to BTS station. Just a walking distance to terminal 21 shopping mall as well.

The hotel is near the BTS Nana Station. However, it is considered as a hotel with high price which does not provide the same level of services. For example, the room is not properly cleaned up. The soup was not filled up after use. The hair dryer is not putting back to the drawer. I used to be excited with the breakfast of the hotel. While this time is quite disappointed. The various of food is less than before. The quality of food is going down. The fruits are not filling up after it is finished. The staff in the breakfast section is not friendly. They are just randomly giving you the drinks regardless to the order you made. The omelet and special order of toast is so slow. It is quite a big disappointment among the hotel I stayed in Bangkok. And I feel sorry of the hotel being named as Hyatt.

Hyatt Regency being situated next to BTS Nana is delightfully convenient, with direct access to the hotel on 2/F. Compared to other hotels further down the road near BTS Ari / MRT Sukhumvit, it is less noisy and less crowded, especially with those indulging in the seedy night life. As expected, the staff were all very courteous and attentive, especially at the poolside and the gym. A special mention must be made for the wonderful concierge (Mr. Yo) who has helped in many ways - providing info on local directions, printing out boarding passes, disseminating the do's and don'ts of the neighbourhood, etc.

Clean and beautiful room, great locations. But both of the time when we dined in the Market cafe for lunch and dinner, we were seated at an area with some other tables, but the staffs were mostly absent and at one point i had to go find them to get the bill. Their Pad Thai on the lunch menu is far from great compared to street food. The front desks and bellman are friendly and delivered pleasant service.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms and close proximity to BTS, shopping malls and restaurants. Highly recommended!
