Amazing location clean room 24 hour desk service

Really A good Hotel 100% Good

Honestly service with mediocre. Loud music at night because of a club right at below the hotel. Housekeeping was nice though. That’s about it.

Grace hotel is under construction. No or non-existent Wifi. Arrived to check in but they couldn't find my reservation. I understood, things happened, and I messaged Trip.com. The Trip help desk specialist, "L," who responded to me, is very helpful. He called the hotel and told me to wait. When he messaged me back that the hotel found the reservation, and check-in with the front desk again. That's when the bad experience began, the guy at the front desk, refused to checked the reservation information again. He said that is nothing to check. I politely told him, it was the hotel's mistake, everything should be good now. He refused to give me his name when I asked. I have to keep pressing him to check. When he finally checked and found the reservation, he gave me a room. Apparently he gave me a smoker room with lots of noise (even after 2am). I'm too tired to change the room. Needlessly to say, I will not book this hotel again.

The good side of this hotel location ,close to BTS ,7/11, mall, restaurants,.

Needs more care, the hotel is under renovation, the service is good and its location is close to Nana Street and nightlife

Lovely hotel Great Location A Place to sleep when night out in Sukhumvit.It could be easy if the reception advise the guest Floor Number during check in as it’s really confusing looking at the how Room Number is written on the key card cover.! ie : what you make of Room Number 2765 ? Obviously Second Floor ..! Right ? Well in facts it’s a Seven Floor they referring to..!

Amazing location and the rooms are so clean and everything is so perfect and greatly recommended for all the travelers around the world. About location 10/10.

Great hotel, but essential to book a room that is on the opposite side of the construction works taking place; otherwise it would be too noisy

The hotel is in construction and still the hotel offering room services. There is no security even you travelling alone. Even a street bagger can have access to come into the hotel and knock your door midnight. Had vary bad experience and i changed my hotel next day though booked it with non refundable for 3 nights.

The hotel building is extremely run down on the outside. Inside is updated - a nice lobby. However, be aware the hotel is in the Muslim quarter of Bangkok and most of the guests are middle eastern men. I don’t suggest for sole female travelers. As a man, it was not an issue for me. There are dozens of *********** outside the hotel doors at night. There is club music playing on the first floor late at night so avoid lower floors. Customers service is not the norm for Bangkok. I found the staff to be cold and unwelcoming but housekeeping staff is very nice.

The hotel is overall ok, the room was clean and big enough. However, the environment is quite weird specially at night. Also there're parts of the hotel that seems to be on construction so its not fully functional.

A very good service. Just a note to put people in service area so to attend intercoms.
