It's fine but the fridge doesn't cool and sound another room can through the wall so you can hear everything they talked about

One of receptionist gave the key of the room that was not cleaned yet to us and I needed to go down and get the key again ... So surprised how they managed to assign the room and co- worked with house keeping. the location was walkable to Major Ratchayothin. It was suitable for the one who used the car or taxi. And the check in was on time at 2 pm exactly. The housekeeper on 7th floor was nice. The receptionist should improve their service. The room itself was compact but clean and was function able. There was no restaurant in the hotel but they allowed you to order online delivery and have plenty space in lobby for eating. One night was ok ...

The hotel is very good both location, price, rooms and servicd... confortable to visit... I would like tp recommend this hotrl when you visit bangkok, and all of feel nice

I stayed for 4 nights and was fairly satisfied overall. My rating of 4/5 is based on a few small issues: 1) There was a minor defect on the bed set, which was somehow acceptable, and 2) The checkout process was not well communicated, as the staff spoke softly, and the reception team seemed lacking a service-minded approach.

Nice, Quiet place to stay. The room is compact but convenient. The staff is supportive.

Hotel is ok but far from public transport system

Excellent place. Would stay again and recommend if the location is suitable as location is a little awkward. Everything works. Service is great.

Good room, good view, Convenient travel

This hotel has a retro Hollywood style. I kinda love it. The colour, material and lighting are comforting. The windows are incredibly large with good view and sunshine. It’s around 10mins to the BTS station and 711. Not located in the central part of popular tourist areas but it’s still acceptable. I cannot ask for more with this price (hkd200/night after tax)

The room was fine but the wifi was terrible. It was so difficult to connect to and even when connected, it didn't work in my room. Plus the shampoo and soap bottle were actually impossible to use. They came in these little tubes that did not allow any of the product to flow out without you having to swing and tap the bottle really hard against your hand or the wall to get it to come out. Silly design. Breakfast was actually in the lobby and you're forced to choose between 1 of 2 sets. You can top up about 80-90thb for the extras shown on the couch in my image. Overall just an okay hotel that was a 10 min walk from the station without any convenience stores nearby.

Close to mrt not far from Union mall. Fantastic bed and nice office space in room for a laptop with the tv and tables

Near main road, but not that near the public transport (bts, mrt). Clean room with smart tv. If checking out late, they will charge 100 THB per hour.
