The location is perfect, just have a 5min walk from Phrom Phong BTS station, with easy access to shopping mall, food and major attractions. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms.

Staff is nice. But toilet stink sometimes due to the drainage system I think. Location is good, massage places and malls around.

This is my 4th time of visiting this nice hotel Few reasons of choosing this hotel: - A 7-11 just next to the hotel - About /less than 2 mins walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong station - Quite a lot massage shops nearby - EmQuartier just opposite the hotel (& 2 other shopping malls nearby - Swimming is on the highest floor with nice view - Quite a lot of Restaurants open till late night (some are Japanese restaurants) This hotel is good value for the money, i look forward to returning for my future visits☺️ Btw, the male manager (i guess, who helped me pre-register on Dec 2) and male staff (who helped me of the check-out procedure on Dec 9 at ~1050) at the Reception are professional and nice

Great hotel! The staff was friendly, rooms are very solid and the view is amazing. Location is in a very clean area and easy to get out and about. Will be my place to stay while in BKK.

Spacious enough to open big luggage and still ample space for 2 adults to move in the room. We also prefer a shower area instead of bathtub (not easy for seniors to climb in and out)

The hotel is located very close to the BTS station (Phrom Phong station - Exit 4) by walking distance of 200m approximately, which is very convenient for travellers! Plus there is a 24hours 7-11 convenient store right beside the lobby! Spacious and clean hotel room. However, please be prepared for own toiletries as there is not prepared toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, room slippers, comb, shaver, etc. unless you called to reception counter to request it.

Hotel room is clean and staff are very friendly. They allow baggage storage before check-in as we arrived 4-hour prior to check-in time. Stayed at level 22 and it’s so convenient to have 7-11 at level 1! Basic amenities (shower gel, shampoo, handwash soap) are available. Hotel is about 5mins walk from BTS, but we find quite inconvenient to walk in as it’s a very busy road and very narrow walking space, especially with luggage. Overall, it’s a very comfortable stay!

This is the best hotel that I chose in Bangkok!! The staff are so sweet and they represent warm Thailand style welcome to us when they knew that was our honeymoon trip. The room is clean and absolutely big enough for two big baggages. The location is near BTS and just opposite of the Starbucks in mall. The food is quite good here and we have a great night in roof bar drinking beers and enjoying the view. That’s wonderful and I would recommend you to choose this hotel :)

By far the best hotel, great location, close to BTS and malls, plus point is that 7E is just below. Definitely will be back for this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the heater worked perfectly, making it a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, with the hotel being very close to Phrom Phong station, which makes getting around a breeze. However, if you're planning to travel with transport like grab/bolt car, be prepared for a bit of a hassle. The alley leading to the hotel can take up to 20 minutes to navigate from the street end to the entrance, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Aside from that, it's a solid option for anyone using public transport!

Awesome facilities and amenities all within same building. Near to BTS Phrom Phong station, less than 7 mins walk. Eco-friendly and fast checking in and out!
