True Siam Rangnam Hotel foton

Vi hade en vila tillsammans med min dotter i ett superior rum med frukost från 10/07/24 till 10/10/24. Vi valde hotellet utifrån följande kriterier: inte gammalt, möjlighet att ta sig från flygplatsen med kollektivtrafik, närhet till den historiska stadskärnan, budgetalternativ, bra recensioner. True Siam Rangnam Hotel uppfyller alla angivna krav. Från Suvarnabhumi flygplats åkte vi med tunnelbanan till Ratchaprarop-hållplatsen och gick sedan till hotellet enligt det bifogade schemat. Rummet är rymligt, rent, tyst, har allt du behöver: luftkonditionering, vattenkokare, vatten på flaska, hårtork, kassaskåp, toalettartiklar (tvål, schampo, duschtvål), tofflor (gummi). Sängarna är tillräckligt breda, bekväma. Hotellinteriörerna och fasaderna är gjorda i nationell thailändsk stil, vackert, vi gillade det. Väldigt mysig restaurang, dit vi gick och åt frukost. Vänlig och välkomnande personal. Det finns en pool på översta våningen, du kan ta handdukar i receptionen för att besöka den. Vattnet är rent och behagligt. På kvällen beundrade vi stadens ljus. Frukostar var ganska tillfredsställande, det finns äggrätter, grönsaker, frukt, kötträtter, kaffe. I regnet tog vi paraplyer i receptionen. Enligt min bedömning tog jag bort en stjärna för bristen på tjänster som anges på trip.com-webbplatsen: valutaväxling och turnébokningstjänst. Vi behövde dessa tjänster, men de vägrade oss tyvärr. Annars var vi nöjda med hotellet. Vi rekommenderar

Convenient location, shops, cafes, currency exchange offices, metro, park and bus stop nearby. Quiet place. The only downside is that the pool is open until 7 pm.

Nice hotel with good location. Really comfy beds and clean room. Breakfast is also good. For the price it is a top hotel. I can only recommend.

I booked a hotel for me and my partner and my parents. The location is very good. BTS to Ratchaprarop is 10-15mins walk and another BTS station that is less than 10mins walk. There’s 7 eleven nearby if you fancy to have night snacks. There’s also malls of around 20-25mins walk: the Platinum, The Market, The big C and Central world. The hotel was clean and they clean your room every day. The area is quiet as well. The design of the hotel is very traditional which I really liked. There is a pool at the top floor. However, we didn’t manage to use it as we always end up going back to the hotel late. The pool closes at 7pm. The room size is big. We had king size beds. There’s a small fridge. Breakfast was included in our booking. Breakfast is buffet type. The food was amazing! So many to choose from. There’s rice, fried rice, pancake, hash brown, fruits, corn and choco flakes, sausage and many more! The internet was good as well. Over all, it was a really good choice! I would recommend and will book again if ever I’m going back to Bangkok. 😁

I have lived in the hotel for 4 nights and I will say, some of drawbacks are shown but it has potential to be better. I lived in one of rooms at 2/F Block B. The first impression to this hotel is quit standard, cozy bed and washroom, have mini fridge and locker. But the problems remain, the TV and WiFi. Firstly, the TV router always disconnects with the TV and I cannot watch a whole movie😅😅And then WiFi, it’s tricky. Each wifi network in the hotel area is supposed to cover each floor. For example, I lived in 2/F Block B so I could get access of WiFi named “TrueSiam_FL.2B”. However, while connecting the WiFi, that’s really slow as not expected, even I watch YouTube in 480p resolutions and still laggy☠️I asked receptionist to resolve the issue and she said cannot help for it😭😭I mean for real??? Some minor problems, like noise cancellation and old wardrobe are not resolved. TBH I was not satisfied with the experience living here, until I enjoy the swimming pool which is super cozyyy. Most of the staff are nice and helpful to answer my inquiries. I can see the potential of True Siam Rangnam Hotel, as long as the above drawbacks can be fixed.
