Lovely hotel. We were upgraded. The room was fabulous with a huge, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was also the best we've had on this trip around SE Asia

Besides the location which is less than ideal, the rest are mainly 5 stars standard. But hey not an issue, the price is reasonable and in BKK the Grab and Taxi is easily available so overall it wasn't really a hassle.

She is very rude to her customers and her English level is not acceptable to work in a hotel! 2 > I went to many hotels all over the world The staff here has the worst C/S mindset 3 > ★★★★★ Hotel? Room slippers provide slippers worn by customers other than recycled rather than disposable 4 > I showed you the passport scan file They say they can't check in because they don't have an actual passport 5 > Dubai Hotel ★★★★★ USA Hotel ★★★★★ Hilton Hotel / Sheraton Hotel / Akura Hotel Grand Center Point Hotel, which symbolizes Thailand There's no place where you can't check in without an actual passport The time is 2024 and the new era Is this hotel from the 1000th century? Check the hotel service according to the trend of the times Hotel GM official! 6 > The room smells like mold and I'm going to throw up I asked the staff to change rooms I have to visit the reception to change the room The service mind of a five-star hotel is amazing haha 7 > Why does the customer shower gown give you the ripped one? And then, do you still get more than 5,000 THB for a day's stay? Pretty consistent with expectations. Nothing really stood out. The hotel is kind of boring. It’s the kind of place where you’re unlikely to be impressed by anything, but you’re also unlikely to have any issues. The location could be a bit better, but it’s not as though it’s out in the middle of nowhere. The room was serviceable, if predictable. The service was ok. It’s a hotel, yup.

We have visited Lancaster Bangkok three times and have found it to be a perfect hotel when visiting the city. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent, and the reception staff provides wonderful service. However, I can only give them 4 stars due to disappointing experiences with the bellboy staff at the front door. Firstly, my brother had to drop off my luggage at the hotel while I wasn't there. He reported that the bellboy was rude and spoke to him unkindly. Secondly, after checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to collect it around 7-8 pm, the bellboy was again somewhat rude. Despite thanking him politely in both Thai and English, he did not respond and instead gave us an unpleasant attitude. This occurred on May 10, 2024. I wanted to pass this message along to the management and hope that during our next visit, we will receive the five-star service that we have come to expect.
