I recently stayed at this hotel, and while its proximity to Wat Arun and the famous Rangros Restaurant is a definite plus, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by several issues. Cleanliness was a significant concern during my stay. I was shocked to find a chunk of hair in the middle of the room, which made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. The bathroom was another disappointment; it had a persistent unpleasant odor, which made using it an uncomfortable experience.Moreover, the hotel offers no amenities, which was quite surprising given its location. We were also disappointed to find that only one toothbrush set was provided, despite booking the room for two people. It’s small details like these that can significantly affect the comfort of a stay. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the first floor, which meant that despite the hotel's location near the river, we missed out on any potential river view. I should have done more research beforehand, but it was still disappointing. On a positive note, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located next to the famous Rangros Restaurant, which is convenient for food lovers, but be aware that reservations are strictly required. Chanced upon this ThaiChin fusion restaurant 5mins walk away called "TANA". We actually went back twice for its 'NAD RA' (MUST TRY!). In summary, while the location is convenient, the lack of cleanliness, amenities, and minor oversights in room preparation made this stay less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues for future guests.

Riva Arun Bangkok hotel is one of the best service hotels I've ever been to with good location oversea the river and surrounded with great restaurants. I felt very welcomed upon arrival. Staff are extremely kind , courteous and very helpful as well. Highly recommended!

Good location Wat Arun and chao Phraya River view is my favourite deluxe room i got can stay again if i visit to bkk again room size is a bit small but is enought for 2 persons

Such a good stay with Riva Arun ! All staff are nice and helpful, alway see cheerful smile on their faces. Lobby and room are comfortable and clean, many restaurants around , it is easy to walk to nearby MRT station and sighseeing places like Great Palace and Wat Pho (sleeping buddha).

Great location for a night stay with great dining options with view of Wat Arun. Staff is friendly and acommodating. Havent tried their food but good restaurants right at the doorstep. Not much at late night its pretty calm. Walkable to 7E and flower market which opena till late.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make us feel like home.The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone love to see Chao Phraya River, Wat Arun ... Wonderful experience!

In short, the river magnificent night view give you a better sleep and a exciting view when you wake up. The location is near to grand palace and also it’s easy to navigate from the nearest pier to iconsiam via red/blue tail boat service.

L'hotel è lo staff sono stati tutti molto gentili e la posizione è fantastica davvero speciale di fronte al tempio di Wat Arun, l'unica piccola nota deludente è stata la camera riservatami un pò troppo piccola e al primo piano, avrei voluto cambiarla ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile. A parte questo tutto fantastico dalla recption al ristorante rooftop dove si ha una vista mozzafiato. Spero di poter tornare ancora..
