Good  service

The receptionists were friendly n helpful. There was an older lady supervisor was showing her crumpy and annoying attitude which I found it unprofessional. Maybe she was overworked, still, she is in the service industry n at the front desk, she should not show such kind of emotion in front of guests. On my 1st night, I was alone and was given a room with a very noisy Aircon and there was an electrical box next to the door was making an annoying noise every few hours. 2nd night, I was in a room whereby the shower water drained very slowly n there was a pool of water over my feet every time I’ve finished shower. Water pressure in the shower was bad. The worst I learnt was that we have to hang clean the room tag on the door or else the hotel will not clean your room. Never have I seen this in any other hotels. The plastic cover sofa is horrible to sit on. The hotel is in need of an upgrade.

The Suite room was perfectly clean and giant! I can see sky train line from my room (8th floor)! Got the separate bedroom and living room. Down side is the TV is located in living room and not in bedroom + there’s no such Netflix options, also it’s quite strange that there’s no tissue box neither in living room or bedroom? Breakfast came as a set and you can choose your menu out of 6 menus each day with the staff at reception desk.

Good hospitality

The stay was excellent except for the fact that location is too far out from the airport. Everything is really really great, for the next time I’d probably come back.

We picked the hotel for the proximity to our friends’ house. The room was clean and stylish but the floating bed/platform bed was a bit tricky in the middle of the night for getting in and out and walking around the bed in the dark. Our room felt quite dark, even with all the lights on. Also, the staff made us pay a cash deposit upon arrival but they did refund it at checkout. For anyone with a vehicle, there was ample parking.

Too noisy from road

Was a great 3 nights stay, room was clean and nice. Location was good as it was pretty near 2 BTS stations and also place was peaceful and quiet.

The water in the bathroom is leaking
