We stayed here for my boyfriend's BD and it was a top notch experience. Our room was decorated with balloons and we were offered a pice of cake and some Thai desserts as a welcome gifts. The staff was really nice and helpful. We enjoyed a dinner in Nimitr restaurant and both pools on 26th and 33th floors. The breakfast menu had a wide choice of ala carte dishes including crab meat and black caviar. Hoping to come to Bkk soon and experience this level of hospitality again

Ayutthaya Suite was very spacious and nice. Great balcony and layout of the room. A bit of far from the BTS but easy to get a Grab or Taxi.

The teakettle inside is full of scale and the filter also is not clean.

Thanks to my butler provided an excellent service during our check in time. I remember his name is Khanom. (Hopefully never spell wrong)! Everything was perfect except the location, maybe because of the road construction and caused the traffic really terrible.

The location is quite far from BTS and a far walk to mall. The breakfast was horrible and could definitely improve.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location was for private relaxation and there was a shuttle service going to a mall. The VIP lounge was quite small and accessible only from 7 am- 7 pm. The rooftop pool was very beautiful with overview of the city. The hotel staff and VIP lounge staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely stunning service and property. Insanely spacious rooms. Spectacular views from the balcony and swimming pool. Bar service and breakfast were top notch. Really one of the best hotels i have ever stayed.

I spent over 5,000 Thai Baht to upgrade to the best Thonglor suite at the hotel. The room is spacious, with luxurious decor and a high-quality feel. The bedding is very comfortable, and the hotel's lounge offers a variety of beverages and snacks, which is a great perk. However, the service attitude of some individual staff members at the hotel is lacking. They don't greet guests or have a friendly attitude, so there's a need for the hotel to improve its training in this regard!
