One of the best value hotels in the Phromphong area by the Aspira group. Walkable to cafes and restaurants in Sukhumvit Soi 31. Courteous staff. Clean room.

This is one of my favorite hotel in Bangkok, the rooms is very clean, hotel interior is super nice and beautiful although it has been more than 3 years counted from my first stay heats ago. Hotel is still very nice, great location for tourist, just takes less than 5 minutes to Phromphong BTS,Male receptionist and porter is super friendly and helpful on my arrival date on 21 Feb but female receptionist working in the morning of 23 Feb, is unfriendly, not helpful at all. Never apologize to me when I confirmed there problem with room key which happened twice and she said nothing, I had to wait for more than 7 minutes to get back deposit handing over from her hand without any proper words. Working in hospitality industry is not the way she expressed her facial expressions and behavior at all. I do love the hotel a lot but coming back for her performance is never my priority choice for sure

I like everything but they don’t provide toothbrush, and the room was too close to the stair outside, I can’t open the curtain if I want to take a shower, people who walk outside can see everything.

The hotel have a good small lounge area by the lobby reception. The room is a little small, but good for single traveller. The shower did not have good drainage and spills over to the toilet every time the shower is used - small toilet too. Another plus point is that this is a fully no smoking allowed hotel, so there's no lingering smoke smell from the air-conditioning vents.

Conveniently located hotel. The area is full of dirty massage parlors and other entertainment. Three malls within walking distance. Big choice of restaurants nearby. Very nice hotel staff. The only problem can be the size of the room, but if you want only to sleep there can be OK.

Location is great in Sri 33, a bit small room, and facilities is broken ( Light bulbs) 

No amenities despite being expensive. Staff is helpful.

The good: - location is not bad since it is within walking distance to some malls and BTS station (Phrom Phong). - nearby street food stalls - bars (both normal and dodge) is nearby. - good massage (healthy massage sukhumvit 33) which is clean, good and reasonably priced. - not that noisy so don’t worry if your room faces the main road. - one of the best bed I’ve slept on in Bangkok. The Bad: - room is generally clean BUT i had to flush off 5-6 cockroaches throughout my 4 nights stay. - shower’s drainage is poor and creates a mini pond after your shower. - showing signs of ageing where certain switches don’t work … lamination peeling off furnitures … tv not working. To be fair … they’d probably rectify some of the bad if I had spoken out but we were so tired from walking around. Hope the management will take this and improve!

Very friendly receptionists

Location great, just 5mins walking distance to the nearest bts station....

Minuses: 1. Let's start with the location - the hotel is located next to ****** massage parlors and a bunch of places to smoke ****. the entire street is in these locations, so for a quiet home and family holiday - definitely not. 2. There is no internet in the hotel. Wi-Fi seems to be there, but it doesn’t work anywhere. We had to go to coffee shops several times a day and use the mobile Internet the rest of the time. I have never encountered such a connection in any hotel in Bangkok, and I have lived in at least 8. At the reception they said that it does not work well - because many people use it. And he doesn’t load anything at any time of the day or night. 3. The number itself differs from the photo. He's older. I also don’t understand why there are translucent toilets; they could have avoided installing a door at all. And the insects throughout the room were apparently a bonus too. On the plus side, there was a very nice, friendly and welcoming girl at the reception yesterday afternoon and today. I could say that she is the only pleasant memory. By the way, in the evening another girl was sitting there - somehow dissatisfied and aggressive. In general, the hotel does not justify its money at all; for this money it is better to rent other options.

I stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed my stay. My room was the Deluxe Room with king bed and it was very comfortable to sleep in (although the size was more like a queen bed). The rooms are small, so I only recommend staying here overnight, not for long term stays. The hotel is nice and modern, but does not have any amenities like gym or pool. For the price I paid, the room was adequate but not exactly a stellar deal. Oh and the location is good, walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS and a short walk to Asok and Terminal 21.
