This is my go to place in Bangkok. Close to family and easy to get to from airport. The executive room is nice with lots of space. Staff is attentive. Buffet breakfast is great and there are 7/11’s within meters of the hotel. Train station is about 400 meters from hotel as well. Great place

Close to Hwaikuang MRT. View is not so vood, GYM is also. Breakfast and sqimming pool are good, can be compensated by price...

Never coming back again! Our check-in time was 2:00 PM. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM, but they told us they needed 30 more minutes to finish cleaning because the previous guest checked out late. Isn’t it the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that there are no overlapping bookings before allowing late check-outs? But we decided to wait the extra 30 minutes. When we returned at 2:33 PM, they told us it would still take about an hour because the previous guest had smoked in the room, and they needed time to remove the smell. We told them we were okay with the smell and just wanted to get into the room as soon as possible. Alternatively, we asked for a temporary room. They flatly rejected both requests and insisted that if we wanted a temporary room, we would have to pay extra. At this point, we felt it was extremely unfair to be made to wait for nearly 2 hours, especially when the delay wasn’t our fault. The hotel offered no satisfactory solution—only that we had to wait. We didn’t finally get into our room until after 4:00 PM. The next issue we faced was that there was a rat in the room! I’ve attached a photo of the rat that chewed on my seaweed from my luggage. Can you imagine how unhygienic it is to have a rat in your room, especially with our clothes left in open luggage? Additionally, the hotel furniture was quite old, and the towels were the cleanest thing in the room. One of the toilets had no hot water, and the shower head in another toilet couldn’t be mounted properly, meaning we had to hold it while showering. In summary, this was a terrible experience. We will definitely not consider this hotel again.

Honeymoon cum husband's birthday trip. Complimentary decoration and cake was provided upon request. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall is good except hotel furniture need to maintain as it is quite run down.

Very old hotel and desperately in need of a refurbishment. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Bed and room large and comfortable. Service good. Very Chinese location and mostly seemed to be Chinese guests.

I booked the Royal suite for my family. This was 2nd time staying there. It’s big, spacious, enough room for everyone but I find the room not maintained. It’s dusty, aircon and exhaust system very noisy. No hot shower, water is cold. Breakfast is included, more varieties this time, which is good.

It”s a good hotel to stay here. Very cleanness and perfect at centre of bangkok town location. Swimming pool and root bar at level 8 is superb. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth in for stay here.

Overall room was okay just that it was quite different from a year ago when we went to the hotel. But overall still a pleasant stay.

The hotel was a lot better than expected for the price I paid. However, when I checked into the hotel, I noticed that the bin in the room isn’t cleared, there were condom wrappers inside which kinda turned me off. I informed them but I saw the housekeeping lady at another room, so I asked her to change it for me. The bed is quite soft for me and I couldn’t sleep well as I am used to sleeping on firm beds. Otherwise, all is good. There’s many food options nearby & we had fun during the songkran festival.

Everything is fine, room is clean , but the front desk service staff needs to improve their attitude. I been asking if I can use credit card for deposit, then she answered me "We accepted only CASH and we never ever accept CREDIT CARD" I think it would be better if she reply me with "sorry mam, we only accepted CASH" its clear enough if she reply me this way. Don’t have high expectations about the service but the room is nice ! Hotel location walk distance to Huaykwang night Market. P.S. if you use bathtub in your room ... you need to pay for it ! ^_^

A very good and wonderful hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Hotel away from main road. But still sit beside a 7-11 store whereby you can grab food and drinks or other necessities easily. Not too far from airport. Nearby to attractions and amenities
