highly recommended! Good location and very convenient

Excellent location next to Bangkok Hospital for patients and families. 10 min walk to Khlong Saen Saeb public boat stop but no other public transit. On this stay, the first room 8th fl wasn’t perfectly clean and we noticed drain flies in the bathroom. Second room 2nd fl was much better. Main issue: This hotel consistently fails to warn guests ahead of time about scheduled maintenance on the property. Last year they had a scheduled power outage we only learned about on the day. This year they had noisy pool repair construction that necessitated a room move. The front desk staff however are all excellent and super patient.

Overall it's good, just the location is a bit far from the public transport. I still highly recommend for family visiting Bangkok Hospital, it's just a few minutes walk from the hospital, next to a mall and also close to a good coffee shop. However, please don't expect nearby public transport like BTS or MRT.

As a frequent business traveler, a decent hotel with approachable location and handy facilities are required. Shama meets all these requirements! If you land at DMK, it only takes you less than half an hour to reach the Hotel without any worry for the traffic jam. Meanwhile, the Hotel is situated at a quiet area with shops, restaurants and massage shops surrounded. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful to provide you information of staying in Bangkok. I stay in a suite room with living area, where you could find a small kitchen. The bed is really comfortable and tidy. Specifically, the shower is really good since the water pressure is high enough. Indeed, the price of this Hotel is really friendly, so you don't need to pay too much, but enjoy a very cozy room! When I travel again in Bangkok, I definitely choose this one again! How about you?

A good place to study, work and relax.. there are eateries nearby so no need to worry about food and the swimming pool is beautiful with rooftop view

It’s very very clean and service is tip top too! To be honest, I am surprise with the hotel services and cleanliness.. my room is 0317, there is nothing to complain

The place is strategically located near many major malls within 5-10km Next to the hotel is a small plaza that have quite a few established restaurants and eateries. A well stocked and size 7-11. The room is superbly comfortable and relaxing.
