Hospitality sub-par, toilet was leaking, toilet bowl area kept flooding Towels were not clean, had stains a few times (blood and black dirty stains) Amenities provided were ok

Nice, clean and convient Hotel .. suround with foods, shopping center and 按摩店，can massage for every day. Will book this hotel again when visit soon.

Reception very forthcoming and efficient. Transport counter and lobby staffs are very welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary hot and cold drinks are bonuses for tire guests. Overall recommended for tourists who like Pratunam area.

The place was near the night markets and platinum mall but they were very strict on who comes and in and out. Was asking me to pay extra for 1 more guess when there was 2 queens beds in the room. The hotel did not call us nut slip a note under the door as a warning, this is very unprofessional and unpleasant. My family member was very upset. The hotel should do better in this term.

Very good location , the room is very huge , the microwave is another level this hotel could provide . So happy and cant wait to stay again

staff was friendly. kudos to the airport transfer chap- Champ. he was so cool and calm like the movie zootopia- Sloth . it's amazing to see such character real life. esp our grab already came and he calmly issued our booking tix.

Location is strategic in pratunam right infront of the main entrance there's a whole stretch of massage parlours. There's a back side door leading to street food & 711. Just cross opposite from here wikl be platinum mall. There's water refill and snacks at the lobby plenty of space to sit. Stayed at the room with huge terrace, clean renovated bathroom & comfy beds. With washer dryer, full size fridge, dining area and microwave provided i love it! But side note the main pratunam road infront of platinum mall is undergoing new MRT tracks construction, there's alot of noise dust dirt, jam traffic etc....if u dont wana be in the scene, better book elsewhere, its est completion is 2029

Love that the location is very easy in Pratunam area. Walking distance to platinum mall and market. There are loads of massage shops near the hotel. The hotel room was big and spacious. Toilet is good size too.

Good location and near to pratunam market. Alot of food, shopping, massage and night market nearby the hotel. Beside the hotel side entry, there is a 7-11 convenience store. Currently having road work, very noisy, so when check in , request room not facing to the main road.

Really spacious hotel and worth the price. Breakfast is so so. Kids room (more for toddler) is neat and clean. There’s a lot of massage shop just outside the hotel. Quite convenient
